点左外卖Bacon Caesar sourdough, 一打开个包已经散开晒，sourdough 应该放左一段日子，质地同味度都非常难食。其他馅料可接受。$88无下次了❌I order take away Bacon Caesar sourdough, the bread broke down in pieces when I opened the wrap, guess the sourdough has been made for daysss, both the taste and texture are not acceptable. Other ingredients are average. I wouldn’t pay $88 for this.

呢间嘅salad bowl好新鲜 仲有唔同嘅配料选择！而且仲有唔同嘅Seasonal Topping 店舖仲有各种三文治 配料可以任意选择 今次就试咗gluten free版本 配上烤西兰花 蘑菇等等 香口脆卜卜！仲有唔同嘅低卡饮品同啤酒！整体唔错😌价钱亦很合理 值得推荐

While the brunch options may not be extensive, this place allows you to create and enjoy your own salad or sandwich with various toppings. Everything I chose was delicious, and I believe this is the best place in Hong Kong for a hot latte.虽然早午餐的选择可能不是很多，但这个地方可以让您自由选择配料来打造您自己喜欢的沙拉或三明治。我选择的每样食物都很美味，我认为这是香港最好的地方来喝热拿铁。

Finally trying their sandwich after Yoga class today, I had bookmark it for a while and wanted to try for a long time..maybe I had too high expectations I was soooo disappointed The portion of the sandwich (I ordered wrap today) is SO small I mean.. the price is $103 (I ordered avocado, grilled tofu & smoked salmon wrap) I expected a longer wrap!The grilled tofu is great, really yummy, but with this price, I should walk a few more minutes to Treehouse and their wraps are SO good and satisfying and Treehouse half size is same as Knead full size, but the price.. well you knowsAlso the service is terrible, do they need to shout the names so rude?? Starbucks also calls out names and I feel respected, but here is terrible! Lastly, the staff do not wear mask and I notice they cough a few times! Holy Shxt! Never coming again and really wanna write this post to warn others! Worst experience
