成日经过crostini都觉得d cake整得好靓想食，适逢阿妈生日就买咗个一磅蛋糕返去孝顺阿妈。好多款蛋糕都好靓好精致，最后拣咗呢款最近新出既蛋糕-莓花绽放($338)。粉红色嘅蛋糕面头印咗d花瓣pattern，再加埋一朵绽放中嘅粉红色朱古力花，好似艺术品咁。蛋糕嘅最外层系酸酸甜甜嘅士多啤梨慕丝，士多啤梨味好清新，唔会好甜。而蛋糕内层系松软嘅杏仁海绵蛋糕，加埋士多啤梨果酱同柚子奶油做夹心，fresh得黎唔腻，阿妈都话好食。买蛋糕之余，顺便买咗杯紫薯鲜奶同荔枝梳打，同阿妈一人一杯。。。Crostini。。

早排同事请左呢只好qq既蛋糕，所以都po埋分享下😂。同埋比较少食呢间既cake，都想试下好唔好味😋。🔅幸福橘子 ($46)外形都几讨好，都有拳头咁大只，适合打卡用🤣，不过实物比较浅色。个蛋糕主要都系云呢拿mousse，唔太食到云呢拿味，反而唔食芝士既我觉得有少少芝士味😂。中间系柑桔jelly同柚子既cream，底层有海绵蛋糕平衡番就唔会成个都系cream同mousse咁腻，不过味道都唔系好出。💬开头以为成个都系橘子味，不过主要都系食得mousse。价钱就唔系平，拎黎打卡都唔错既。同埋欣赏佢会写低甜度系偏甜定普通，方便唔同需要人士拣😂。

I was attracted by their offer of $100 for 3 small pieces of cakes so decided to try their cakes out. That said, I actually had tried their cakes before, be it small or whole one. Quality was pretty good when discounted by price!Their cakes looked quite pretty really but price range was not too expensive ranging from $36 to $52. There was an indication of sweetness for the cakes!There were quite a lot of cakes to choose from during my visit and I picked the following three. All three cakes were firmly fixed on the box with sticker sticking the paper base to the box.Tangerine Bliss (retail price at $46)Quoted from their website: "Vanilla mousse with fresh citrus jelly and Yuzu cream plus vanilla sponge cake as base which bring you a taste of refreshment." We picked this cake because of its look. It was so cute and looked so real! Taste-wise, it was really quite a refreshing mousse cake which was very light. The flavour of vanilla, citrus and yuzu were pretty rich. Texture-wise it was soft. The stem, leaf and the small orange coin-shaped like plate on the surface were all made of chocolates. Lexie (retail price at $52)Quoted from their website: "The Little Lexie sitting on top of the tropical blend of passion fruit cremeux and milky white chocolate mousse cake, with a refreshing mango jelly insert. An interesting combination of textures, taste and style in a cake."Taste-wise it was actually quite similar to Tangerine Bliss - both were very refreshing and light. This one had a very cute little sleeping fox made from chocolate. Both sides had a thin slice of chocolate. The only bad thing was the cookie base which was so soft obviously with a lot of moisture. Therefore, I personally preferred Tangerine Bliss to this.Golden Nugget (retail price at $52)Quoted from their website: "A chocolate crispy coated dark chocolate mousse and banana cremeux cake with a slight chocolate crisp insert and fresh banana filling as base. A cake with layers of interesting combination and richness."The chocolate coat was really pretty thin and crispy though I wished there could have been more nuts. The chocolate mousse inside was pretty smooth and rich in chocolate. The base had quite a thin filling of banana. The only bad thing was the chocolate coat was broken already when I opened the box after bringing the cakes home.My personal preference of these cakes was: Tangerine Bliss > Golden Nugget > Lexie. At a price of just $100 for 3 pieces, they were really great value for money given the quality.
