由于听闻呢度就快结业，加上同事食完之后大赞美味，所以呢日lunch特登与几位同事一尝滋味。餐厅地点唔难揾，但记得要行岩座数 - A 座但就算行错，周边既艺术小店亦唔会令你失望揾到餐厅,入面好宽敞，好大既空间，lunch去居然得3至4枱可能呢d文化地方都系假日比较受欢迎。Lunch set 选择唔多，主要系2款burger. 慕名而来，当然食beacon cheese 肉食burger. 一个lunch set 连salad / fries & drinks 比起单叫个包居然只系相差3蚊…$128 一个set, 其实都算唔平，单计食物未必justify 到呢个价，但加埋佢舒适既环境都真系好吸引到人再去。饮品选择左 fresh lemonade.一饮落去有d酸，但唔知点解之后会慢慢有甜味系喉咙沁出黎个包同薯条都算等左几耐，差唔多20分钟。但全部野都好食得出佢系即煮。薯条热到有少少拎唔起，包既肉汁配上热狗酱加甜甜既红菜头美中不足既系个包有d似提子包冇提子(我同事话)Overall食物质素好，环境舒适，加埋值唔值$128就见仁见智。但应该要等自己多d时间时去食，因为除左可以慢慢享受佢地环境，三五知己倾下计之外，仲可以行埋周边文化小店

There's only one option for a burger: raclette, bacon, and caramelized onions. OK, fine, that sounds fine. Sounds fine, it's terrible. Caramelized onions can be lots of things. On a burger they should not be extremely saccharine and bright purple. The fries are dry and mealy. The ketchup is some weird red wine vinegar thing. I just... I didn't enjoy any of it.It's so unnecessary too. They could have some choice. (Some... liberty?) I understand that this is just a "pop up" but is that now some sort of excuse for being garbage? The burger is by nature a customizable object, like a pizza.But fine, have only one burger. Just don't make it awful. Or at least warn people you're going for candied onions. I could seriously taste nothing besides the sugar onions. My lemonade was tart. I liked it.

Went here for a quick bite.The menu is quite simplistic.The mac and cheese balls were served on these really cool foil dishes which you find in English Chinese takeaways.Anyway, the taste of the mac and cheese balls were ok but I would have liked the cheese to be stronger and the coating was quite thick.

Pop up store基本是有几款汉堡 牛 手撕猪 素食！当晚有band show呢✨Pulled pork burger ($138)✨🐷🍔Served with frie🍟s/sides and a Drink🍹Burger看似小小的 其实厚实坠手🔥食落满足！面包感觉实在💗满松软 但可惜腍了不够脆汉堡没了牛肉 用手撕猪肉一样充满和谐感酸酸甜甜的猪肉不会辣肉丝好嚼 唔系麦记鸡蓉！配上千岛酱 开胃吸引！满满馅料叫人一口接一口✨Bacon & cheese ($138)✨🐮🍔汉堡入边有厚身牛肉汉堡 烟肉 热熔芝士牛肉汉堡看起来颇干 但吃起上来几juicy酸瓜酸酸地脆脆地 添了口感和开胃的感觉Rating💁🏻（7.5*/10*)👉🏻Fries 🍟Potato fries are thickly cut!!! Beef & Liberty has been serving some great burgers over the year. Lately they have pop up at PMQ in collaboration with KEF Speakers, opening every Friday and Saturday until September to bring live music, hamburgers, craft beer, art and culture together.The space is massive and filled with street art and loud musics, a bar to order food, a few number of sittings as well as mostly standing tables.The menu is slightly different from their restaurants, shorter yet not limited to some new appetizers, our favourite burgers, soft-serve desserts and drinks on the side, including Moscow mule, a cocktail made with vodka, ginger beer and lime; and fizzy lemonade.We have all the three appetizers like my favourite crispy battered carrots and crispy chicken wings with sweet and spicy sauce, the beef brisket croquettes is also so amazing with the crunchy coating, tender filling and spiced kimchi mayo.Moving on to burgers, the Notorious P.I.G burger is packed with deliciously rich pulled pork, tangy apple slaws and two to three cracklings; whereas the signature bacon cheeseburger veggie burger is still surprisingly juicy, cooked medium and with lovely melted raclette cheese.The super thick cut liberty fries and the addictive sweet potato fries are the perfect pairing to our hamburgers.Finally, their soft serve ice cream is surely worth a special mention because it is magnificently smooth and rich in chocolate! You may top it off with a chocolate bar as well!
