Exciting news! The beloved Pho Brass Spoon, once a Michelin-recommended gem for 8 years, has officially returned, now conveniently located on Wellington Street in Central . After missing out on their Pho at the Wan Chai location, we couldn’t pass up this opportunity to indulge!We enjoyed their signature Pho. The broth was slow-cooked to perfection, rich and clear, filled with the delightful aroma of beef bones. Paired with traditional Vietnamese flat rice noodles, it was less starchy than Chinese noodles, offering a smooth, elastic texture that held up beautifully. The Pho Dac Biet combo was packed with generous toppings: tender beef, beef brisket, beef tendons, and beef balls. For a luxurious twist, we opted for the premium raw beef pho noodle, which was absolutely divine!A special shoutout to Chef Sebastien Vong, the visionary behind this culinary experience! He created a new Grilled Chicken Bánh Mì, ensuring authenticity by creating the dough from scratch, delivering a deliciously chewy sourdough baguette. Brass spoon 终于开返系中环打工人午间充电站嚟或者饮完酒后食嘅comfort food生牛肉pho🐮($96)牛骨汤底清澈却不失醇厚,鲜甜无比,灵魂在于每日现熬多时的牛筒骨汤。生牛肉,用热汤浇淋至五分熟最嫩滑。记得先喝原汤,再挤青柠,加上辣椒,芽菜,九层塔🌿,令到味道更加有层次,河粉挂汤力不错蒸粉卷▫️($61)带有淡淡米香嘅味道,一定要趁热食先可以滑捋捋柔软熟嘅质感中间仲有少少碎肉同芽菜牛油鸡翼🐔($40)即叫即炸保证脆度,咬开时小心烫口!蒜香牛油腌得入味,连吃三只也不腻。不过size偏精致青柠梳打🥤($35)酸度明亮刚好解牛汤的浓郁

最近经过发现他们搬到面积更大的店舖,坐得更舒适,立刻和朋友来试驰名的PHO~🔹越式鸡肉Pho这里的汤底每天经过多小时熬制,汤底特别清甜,鸡肉经过慢煮口感嫩滑带微微煎过的香味,光吃鸡肉都已经很满足☺️河粉爽口度十足,「吸粉」吸得很开心😆🔹安格斯牛小排Pho散发浓浓牛香的牛小排Pho跟鸡肉相比完全是另一个感觉,牛肉浸在带甜的汤底吃的时候味道更丰富,牛肉和河粉一起吃味道更全面,还有爽脆的芽菜添加清新感,喜欢牛肉的话点这款是不错的选择,份量还很大呢。如果不太饿的话,可以点一份越南法包,份量很大,我吃半份已经饱了🤣法包里面很多馅料,嫩滑的鸡肉搭配微辣的酱汁,吃得特别爽,加上清新的青瓜夹在其中,添加了一份爆汁感。
