已经试过Caffè HABITŪ同The Table见Openrice有食评提到All Day有salad bar似乎几吸引就去一尝了沙律Salad bar有多款选择我个人中意蛋沙律，creamy得黎唔会太腻蛋香味重，仲有好多蛋块，唔系酱多过料虾沙律似乎都系受欢迎既一款虾仁冇雪味，肉质算爽口酱汁系甜中带酸，食完好开胃前菜除左Salad，仲有冷盘我都系中意食番烟三文鱼咸香之余不油腻，肉厚无筋，好易咀嚼Cream Soup味道不浓，质感不稠，汤都算多料既mushroom系切片唔系打碎哂，带点香气，但唔会太出味绿茶千层蛋糕当日只见有左上一款甜品面头既fudge好实，绿茶味浓，甜度高中间朱古力fudge又系实版既不过主要系甜，微苦之后有cream层，香味淡，甜味淡，只觉有点腻幸好中间既少少蛋糕层系轻身软身微微湿润可以分隔下，唔会一次过太剂整体感觉偏甜，好rich，太多fudge层有d痴口

Lunch time at caffè HABITŪ is always a good mid-week treat! Today I ordered the lunch special: Italian Gem which included pumpkin soup and a coffee. Pumpkin soup: Nice and hearty, great for winter! Temperature wise could have been hotter but consistency was just right, it was creamy enough Italian gem: All I could smell when it first arrived to our table was the aroma of the truffles, just smelt so good! The egg benedict itself was great, layer of rocket leaves, Parma ham, poached eggs with creamy Hollandaise sauce. Personally I like my Hollandaise sauce to be stronger in flavour, the punch in the sauce here seems a bit mellow. The dish was sided with potatoes and herbs; this tasted really good and thoroughly enjoyed it. Salad was alright could have made it a bit more special instead of just pouring balsamic vinegar... Or am I asking too much for $120??A regular coffee came with the meal but because I'm absolutely in love with their Rose Latte the extra money was worth it! I always get tempted whenever I walk past any caffè HABITŪ to grab their Rose Latte because their just so god damn good! 20+ cups later within the past 2 years or so, I have confidence to say that there was no exception with this branch, best Rose Latte! Highly recommended! From any branch for this matter My colleague ordered the deluxe breakfast, I'm normally a regular with this but decided to try something new. Won't say much, would only like to say this is worth a try as wellAtmosphere: Perfect if you want to have a good chat with friends, seats aren't cramped in like most urban cafes and its quite enough if you want to tuck into a book with a good cuppa =PValue for money: $120, bit pricy for lunch, but hey, you deserve a good treat once in a while!Service: nice and polite, at least you don't have to suffer from a 'black face'

误打误撞情况下，来到了 caffe HABITU all day!甫入店内，感觉楼底颇高，充满空间感！Open kitchen 式设计，没感到一丁点油烟味！All day Breakfast 选择颇多！Menu上的菜式，已包括了自助沙律吧！价钱由百多元至二百多元不等，颇为合理！自助沙律吧供应：沙律、冷盘、餐汤、甜品，选择也不少！吃了几回沙律吧，是时候等待主角出场！Quintessential HABITU Breakfast (HKD228):甫上桌，已惊见份量殊不简单！有太阳蛋、黑松露炒蛋、肉肠、大磨菇、烟肉、蕃茄、牛油面包...十分大堆头！炒蛋香滑且蛋味浓，有松露香，肉肠不过不失，但烟肉略为干硬！Tiger Prawn Linguine (HKD168):虎虾size适中，虾肉爽脆，扁意粉硬度正合我意，每条意粉蕃茄味浓！Grilled Chicken Drumstick (HKD128):鸡腿嫩滑、肉厚，外皮酱汁带甜，薯蓉既香带滑，囗感不错！在无心插柳既情况下找到这间HABITU，不错！

约了朋友吃午饭，朋友介绍去耀华街的 Habitu，这间餐厅是位于一座商业大厦的一楼，大堂及大厦电梯非常光猛及宽敞。一个好的开始，已对这所餐厅产生了一定的好感。餐厅装修新净，坐位亦宽敞。坐下后看看餐牌，价钱非常合理，范围介乎HKD128 至 HKD168 之间。我们都点了 HKD128 的烧鸡腿。侍应落单后，就示意我们可以到 salad bar 取沙拉。Salad bar 的款式也很多，除了沙拉与配料外，还有餐汤、水果和甜品，如果连饮品在内，这就是一个 5 courses 的午餐，而且除了主菜和饮品之外，其余的都可以无限量提取。这样算起来，HKD128 就的确是超值了。沙拉和配料的种类也很多，我取了烟三文鱼，冻虾，火腿和好几款沙拉配料。沙拉除了种类多之外，食物也非常新鲜，各种冻肉的味道也能保持，没有将货就价。这样的一碟沙拉，很多地方已经是一碟主菜的价钱了。烧鸡腿的份量也不小，可能是碟大和没有配菜的情况下，看起来比较细。加上之前的沙拉，我的朋友已经没法吃完一整条烧鸡腿。烧鸡腿味道很好，微焦和微脆的的表皮非常香口、而且亦增加了口感。坦白讲，始终相信是雪藏鸡腿，味道很难和鲜鸡比较，但加上不错的肉汁、和可口的薯蓉，亦是一道美味的菜式。主菜之后就再往 Salad bar 取甜品，取了数款水果，西柚啫哩和芝士饼。三款水果都非常清甜，而西柚啫哩除了甜之余，还带有微微西柚的苦涩味，两者混在一起都几可口。不过芝士饼就不是传统的纽约芝士饼，嫌稍软之余而芝士味亦不足。最后是咖啡，不过不失，跟门市的没有大分别。整体来说，非常满意的一餐。

came here for breakfast and ordered egg Benedict Nice poached egg and well-cooked English muffins, sided with grilled potatoes. A very nice branch with cozy chairs and fun decorations, but $88 for this doesn't look too attractive .
