晚上想找间坐得舒服的餐厅,见这间装潢不错,可惜由于没订座的关系,被安排在吧台和出菜位附近。我们点了tapas套餐,tapas都不会预期太大份量,但份量比想像中少,若要吃饱的话应该要再另加西班牙炒饭。套餐包的red sangria, 比较淡。cold cuts 一般,芝士都是比较淡口味的选择。牛舌有点日式的感觉。炸蚝也是fusion菜的感觉。摆盘很有惊喜,外脆内软,炸得刚刚好。青口和虾份量比预期中少,味道不过不失。

This establishment specializes in Spanish cuisine, offering a diverse array of dishes and a variety of alcoholic beverages. The seating arrangement and the restaurant's design provide a comfortable atmosphere, making it an ideal place to converse and relax with friends.芝士酱墨西哥玉米脆片($128)Classic Nachos 这个玉米脆片炸得十分香脆,而且充满了粟米的香味,玉米片上的蕃茄,橄榄及小香葱,增加了整到菜式的清新感觉,不过芝士酱却不算太多,所以位于底层的玉米片就比较淡,可以配上旁边的牛油果酱及他他酱一同食用,口感更佳The tortilla chips are fried to a perfect crispness, exuding a delightful corn aroma. The addition of tomatoes, olives, and scallions enhances the freshness of the dish. However, the cheese sauce is somewhat sparse, leading to a milder flavor for the underlying chips. They can be complemented with the nearby guacamole and salsa for an improved tasting experience.Tapas四重奏($178)Tapas Cuatro 虽然说是二人份量,但三人亦足够食用。香炸鱿鱼圈的脆粉不算太厚,鱿鱼亦充满了鲜味。芝士红腰豆辣肉酱焗薯皮,辣肉酱及芝士的味道不算太过丰富,所以整个菜式就只有薯仔的味道。脆炸辣肉肠芝士粟米球,粟米球炸得非常香脆,不过像是有点热过火,幸好不算太油腻,粟米的味道比较突出辣肉肠的味道比较欠奉。枫糖烤西班牙辣肉肠这个是四款之中最失色的,除了枫糖味欠奉之外,辣肉肠亦非常硬。Though intended for two, the portion is sufficient for three. The fried calamari rings feature a light batter, and the squid is full of flavor. The baked potato skins with cheese and spicy meat sauce offer a rather subdued taste, dominated primarily by the potato itself. The crispy fried spicy sausage and cheese corn balls are aromatic and crunchy, though they might be slightly overcooked. Fortunately, they are not overly greasy, with the corn flavor standing out more than the spicy sausage. The maple syrup baked Spanish chorizo was the least impressive of the quartet, lacking both maple flavor and had a somewhat tough texture.炸西班牙黑毛猪火腿忌廉饼($75)Classic Iberico Ham Croquette 这个厨师炸得恰到好处,吃下去非常香脆之余,内里的忌廉要十分软滑,而且充满了黑毛猪火腿的咸香味道The chef has achieved the ideal frying level, resulting in a beautifully crunchy exterior, while the creamy filling is soft and enriched with the savory flavor of Iberico ham.西班牙辣肉肠慢煮流心蛋卡邦尼意粉 ($138)Our Signature Carbonara流心蛋的生熟程度做得刚刚好,令到意粉的汁液更加浓郁,而且令意粉充满了鲜味,至于西班牙辣肉肠又不会太辣,增加了整个意粉的味道层次,意粉的软硬程度亦煮得非常适中,不过略嫌意粉的酱汁比较少The doneness of the soft-centered egg is perfectly executed, intensifying the sauce's richness and imparting a fresh flavor to the pasta. The Spanish chorizo adds a gentle spice that enhances the overall complexity of the dish. 星期日的下午,同朋友系铜锣湾行到攰攰地,系fashion walk附近发现一间环境舒适和宁静的西班牙餐厅,入内选了二份简单的下午茶餐。1) 西班牙油炸鬼($88) churro 炸得好亁身,外脆内软,一点油腻的感觉都没有,虽然同西班牙本土出品的仍有一些距离,但已做得好好👍🏻,朱古力酱的甜度啱啱好,配搭一起食,真心不错😋😋,值得一食😄😄2)EL waffle ($98),简简单单的waffle,没有再加任何雪糕或生菓,只配上糖桨和cream,食到淡淡的蛋香,味道不过不失😋,如果waffle 再做得脆口啲,相信味道和口感会系另一种感觉😆下午茶附送茶或咖啡,㗎啡香浓,适合喜欢带酸和浓的㗎啡爱好者❤️❤️❤️

系名店坊揾嘢食,见到呢到lunch set 唔贵, $118 up,就入去试下。🤔油封鸭肉牛肝菌西班牙饭来到嘅时候觉得咁细碟嘅,份量好细。饭粒比较硬,多汁湿润。牛肝菌味道唔突出,亦都冇咩鸭香味。味道唔算差,但系唔系预期种嘅味道,系淡淡嘅酱汁味道。就咁食味道颇单一,一定要加少少柠檬汁,先提升到个层次同风味。❌香蕉拖肥可颂松饼 其实就系窝夫。味道可以,但质感唔得。唔脆又唔软,又唔香。失望。本来见佢lunch 唔贵,觉得可以下次试下其他菜式。但overall 都唔系出色,唯一系铺头几好坐几好hea 咁。环境:★★★☆☆ 食物:★★★☆☆ 性价比:★★★☆☆ 推介度: ★★★☆☆

🦛西班牙脆皮乳猪脾 配 青苹果 $328 即叫即焗所以要等25分钟虽然分量唔大 但系都好满足🤩充分体现咗外脆内软🥲 皮好脆好香😍 啲肉超冧一切好似溶开咗咁😭🫶🏻 青苹果浸满哂猪油 酸酸地解腻之余真系好香😿所以系连伴碟都清哂👾。🦛烤慢煮伊比利亚猪腩肉,小虎虾西班牙饭$338 又系即叫即焗所以等咗20分钟左右 但一切嘅等待系值得架!😻😻 猪腩肉够厚够香,虾就有啲薄但都唔会柴😋 个饭都几薄所以焗出黎都有好香嘅饭焦味,调味好香口 因为份量唔多,全枱一致认为可以一人一碟都食得哂! 😍。🦛烧牛肉墨西哥饼 呢个就有啲太生 夹饼都不错,不过就普通啲🤨。。结论系一定会再番去食个猪手同西班牙饭!!!超推荐!!!😍
