Small shop with great value and tasty tripe sandwich - don't forget to add the chili oil - gives it a nice sharp kick! Went back a second day to try the pasta trippa e fagioli - al dante with well seasoned tomato sauce / tripe that just hits the spot! It does allow for either spaghetti or fusilli and a very generous serving of parmesan on top. While I had pre-ordered this on an app, chef made this fresh as I waited.I do wish the bread was more on a ciabatta or sourdough texture rather than a rustic burger bun which was on the soft and airy side. Considering the soft tripe and pesto-type sauce would pair better with a less airy bread.The serving is small - but great if you're after a small bite - suggest adding a side dish to make it more filling.

前天刚刚经过这间小餐馆,因为从未听说意大利有牛肚包,所以进店内试试。按厨师推介,点了白牛肚包。面包松软、香脆。牛肚用意大利的香草汤烹调,味道丰富,口感是软淋淋的。牛肚包内的青葱酱和牛肚非常配合,很好味。如果选择蕃茄牛肚的话,还可以选择配香草饭。小店的意大利籍厨师、非常友善健谈。他已经在香港生活了二十多年,所以对香港饮食文化有颇深的认识。他说卖意大利牛肚包的餐厅、只此一家。店内还有其他意大利食品如pizza、意粉,值得一试!
