辛苦過後當然要吃好一點,朋友就建議去這間位於酒店內的意大利餐廳品嚐一下精緻美點。餐廳內非常有格調,而且坐得好舒服。當然要慢慢嘆個3 course😋喜歡吃🦐的我,頭盤和main都選了精緻的蝦菜式!🦐Scampi Carpaccio有我最喜歡的海膽和scampi,精緻得像藝術品般,2樣都非常鮮甜,特別喜歡scampi,無論吃幾多口都有著refreshing的鮮甜感覺🦐red prawn spaghetti Chitarra除scampi外,紅蝦亦是我非常喜歡的蝦類,一上碟見到大大隻紅蝦,真係好吸引。最欣賞的是蝦膏非常濃香,配上意粉一起吃,每一口都係享受🍓wild strawberry甜品亦是我最期待的,果然沒有令我失望。濃香滑的milk gelato配野莓,帶來多重層次口感。偶然真的要去享受下☺️

Chocolate Souffle is beautifully baked and wonderfully crunchy on the thin top, when I spoon into it there’s a light crack! Inside is soft and creamy, rich in taste and satisfying, pairing well with gelato. Definitely will come back again 🥰

Today is the first day of my annual leave, i really miss the days we can travel everywhere. Itailan food always made me feeling comfort, so i decided to have dinner at Giacomo Ristorante after my crazy shopping in Causeway Bay. This restaurant decorated blue&grey tone created cozy atmosphere and the spacious setting here is prefect for having Italian meal. This restaurant decorated blue&grey tone created cozy atmosphere and the spacious setting here is prefect for having Italian meal.

Being cheese lover, that was no reason for me not choose Cheese Selection for my appetizer.
The combination between those three different kinds of cheese were prefect, and i would say its absolutly a good start.

For my main, I ordered Mayura Beef Tenderlion and Red Prawn Spaghetti Chitarra as well.
The Mayura Beef Tenderlion from the cow which feed with chocolate, it grilled as ordered and the meat was juicy and flavorful with silky smooth taste, really impressive!

The Red Prawn Spaghetti Chitarra was amazing and tantalizing, the spaghetti was chewy and mix well with luscious sauce, also the red prawn was so fresh and plump.

The cuisines here was superb, all staffs were very friendly and welcoming also. I think these are the reasons Giacomo Ristorante to have so many excellent reviews. I recommended to my friends instantly.

An old frd bring me comes for meal. Restaurat seems nice. We ordered 3 dishes~Marinated AmberjackOMG! So much caviar! Full of ocean feeling, haha. Not very salty but it tickles my taste buds every time...when I meet caviar! It’s absolutely delicious. Because of the caviar and egg yolk, the amberjack hv increased their fresh and soft. Marinated Amberjack
