最近去咗 GOTTHARD BASE,试咗佢哋嘅restaurant week 午餐,整体感觉几好!以下系我嘅分享:前菜:希腊式鸡沙律这道沙律真系好清新!鸡肉嫩滑,配上新鲜的生菜、番茄同黄瓜,味道轻盈又唔腻。再加上橄榄油和柠檬汁,真系开胃!主菜:特选西冷牛扒呢个牛扒真系好正!煎得刚好,外脆内嫩,肉质鲜美,搭配少量酱汁,味道ok.最后嘅甜品椰子奶冻配菠萝蓉,味道清甜,椰子香浓,菠萝蓉又带有一丝酸味,口感上非常丰富,食完有种清新的感觉。总括来讲,GOTTHARD BASE 嘅lunch值得一试,食物好味又有性价比。如果你有机会,记得去试下!

人人和平和这一家同系的西餐厅,能够在疫情后的日子,继续在北角坚持,而且本身位处的并不是人流很多的地段,但能够保持着人气,就是熟客支持和本身实力水准两者结合的结果,当现在北上的成本越来越低,食肆选择越来越多元化,甚至连西餐厅也开得城门城市,香港餐饮业存在的意义或者赖以生存的方法,其实我自己也想不到,因为坚持巧手和水准的,很多还是敌不过这项东,所以说做好自己,待客热诚,就能够活下去这越来越不似实况。这里常常光顾他水准出色而价格相宜的午餐,但其实它的杀手锏是威灵顿牛柳,一人份量,并不是一大块然后切开,除了保持酥皮本身的酥香和完整外,更重要是感觉更为隆重,威灵顿牛柳最大问题一定是牛柳的核心太生而周边太熟,但这里保持得相当好,外表大约六至七成而内里刚好三至四成,肉汁丰富,肉香也相当丰富,特别中间层的菌酱和烟肉,没有过度卖弄奢华,例如加上黑松露,反而更能感受每一层味道的分野,以及当中结合的化学作用。另外要欣赏是配搭的沙律,蔬菜和豆类相当新鲜,翠绿而没有雪藏味或腥味,并没有因为简单而马虎,而这样的价钱有这样的细节和水准,除了多多光顾令其可以长做长有,就不知道可以再怎样。Surviving post-pandemic in a quiet North Point location, this restaurant’s popularity is a testament to its loyal patrons and consistent quality. Place was full on a rainy night. The food was good, that explains it. Friendly family like vibes.We had the meat lover which includes a beef Wellington, lamb rack, pork with apple sauce, baked potatoes and garlic veggies. Except potatoes which were slight under, rest was perfectly cooked. Seafood pasta-good seafood, pasta slightly over for me. Prefer it more al dente but they are not an Italian restaurant so I’m not complaining.Mussels fresh and sweet with some freshly made garlic bread for you to dip into the white sauce. The crab cakes were yummy and salad was crisp. The white wine was fruity and sooo good for that price. The night ended perfectly with ordering of all 4 desserts including lemon tart, panna cotta, churro (could use with more chocolate dip) and a lovely crème brulet

Low-key European Cuisine Spot🥗APPETISER 🦪Oyster Kilpatrick & 🦀 Crab Cake: Oyster was a bit fishy with a bit of sand inside. Crab cake was nice with nicely shredded crab meat🦆Pan-seared Duck Foie Gras on Toasts: Average duck foie gras. Toast was crispy🥘MAIN 🐑New Zealand Lamb Rack Persillade: Lamb was very tender and not gamey. A nice lamb rack dish🐟Catch of the Day: The fish was flakey and not fishy.
