Isola Bar & Grill (已搬遷) 新店位置

知道ISOLA 裝修過後, 於是訂位試試, 訂了7:30PM 坐露天枱....感覺好舒服AR......裝修過後的ISOLA 跟未裝修前是99%相似, 只是所有野都是新一點...HAHA點了, 1) 意式生牛肉薄切 - 加了青檸汁感覺好清新, 但只覺牛片厚了一點......2) 龍蝦連殼連意粉 - 龍蝦都OK, 但唔夠鮮味, 意粉真的後咬口....不錯3) 帶子....(唔記得全名) - 太差LA, 帶子是發水, 口感是魚旦但帶有帶子品, 好差4) 最後來了個甜品拼盆, 共5款, 每樣小小....每款甜品都很精品....不錯..HEHE總括而言, 食物只是一般, 但氣氛跟環境可以補返.(但而家出面有個大地盆, 有點大殺風景)....可以一試

聖誕將至,一定不少大餐排著隊要吃。今年的第二餐聖誕餐,就是在這裡吃lunch semi buffet。選了out –door seats,紫外光都幾強吓,但勝在感覺自在一點。在來之前,也做了功課。食友推介,pizza啦!還有我自己看到相片,已想吃,其貌如Awfully chocolate的朱古力蛋糕。由於和不太熟的人同枱,不好意思,先拿甜品(朱古力蛋糕)。其實我有想過,會否之後不再refill。Anyway,都是先拿前菜。沙律款之多,絕對不是平日buffet上的生菜、沙律醬類,而是非常西方口味的紅菜頭沙律、薏米沙律、撈雞脾菇沙律、小米粒沙律等。還有火腿蜜瓜、數款芝士。真是滿足了比較少吃的好奇心!然後叫了一個half half的pizza,一邊是火腿+火箭菜;另一邊是芝士黑松露。我當然吃後者啦!餅底薄而柔韌,黑松露醬+芝士,芝味羶香得,吃一片已滿足了。每人也選了不同的main course,而我則選了蝦/蟹肉/鱸魚墨汁細扁麵蕃茄汁。麵條非常有rye的粗嚡口感,蕃茄汁蘸滿海鮮的味道。揀選這個的,無不讚好!我也嚐了隔離的4重芝士長通粉。芝士味道十分濃,少許羶味,但沒有汁液,令通粉較乾身。這個

十一月二十八日 (星期一)首先謝過Vica和Janice的邀請她們公司是晚特地邀請各方bloggers來飲番杯,好不熱鬧Isola Bar & Grill位於IFC內,有indoor & outdoor選擇當日我們在外,幸好天氣還未轉涼因是日有事忙,只能逗留一會我不好酒,選了蘋果汁偏甜,蘋果味道重老公仔則飲了一杯香檳不過他是快著燈的人,轉個頭便－臉通紅向海的風景很美,理應留多一會慢慢欣賞奈何有事忙,唯有下次來去匆匆真不好意思,還是要再次多謝邀請!

於週未玩樂後，又來到一星期的開始，感覺是最難渡過的星期一。下班後來到位於IFC的Isola，喝杯東西，輕鬆一下。吃意大利菜的Isola，雙層餐廳以白色為主調，加上大型落地玻璃，簡潔優雅。這裡更設有露天的座位，環境開揚，望著維港夜景，很舒服，精神也放鬆起來。這夜坐在室外有點涼，點了一杯熱朱古力喝，味道及口感一般，朱古力味不夠濃郁。另有沙律及薄餅吃。由於環境真的十分昏暗，所以拍照時都需要打點燈。Mozzarella cheese with cherry tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes ，Mozzarella Cheese 小球奶味淡淡的，口感不太軟稔，感覺一般。但新鮮沙律菜爽口，車厘茄清甜，伴上微酸的黑醋汁，非常醒胃及輕型之選。Margherita，配料簡單，由Mozzarella Cheese加蕃茄醬，配上新鮮的Basil焗製成。烤焗後的水牛芝士呈半融狀態，羅勒草微微提升香味，吃下滋味無比。而餅底夠薄身，烤得十分香脆，吃下去不會因餅底份量太多而感到滿口麵粉，真的很怕吃太厚的薄餅，這裡烤的挺好吃。另一款薄餅是Trifola，薄餅送來後已傳出陣陣松露香味，原來

四月上旬‧有雨在年青食友的安排下，約了出版社的朋友傾談，看看有什麼新計劃可以開展，來了這裡。週五晚，人當然很多，happy Friday嘛，曾幾何時我也是一員。要了杯Isola Icetea，主要是用荔枝Liqueur及桃味Liqueur，加上蘋果汁及疏打，簡簡單單甜美清新，是很不錯的炎夏選擇。喝過這一杯，還有下場要趕，要走了，也謝謝年青食友穿針引線及請客。正要離開的時候，看到這個海景，多麼熟悉的一個景色。看一會好了，還有路要趕。

Came here for a semi lunch buffet and the view's amazing. Love the simple white table clothes and the clean and relaxed ambiance. High ceiling and and lots of light. Staff are very polite. The appetizer buffet is quite nice. Not too much raw salad leaves to choose from, they are mainly marinated salad dishes. Their couscous is quite good, the mixed seafood salad's good too.
