每年4月点少得樱花🌸洗版啊💕💕Italian Tomato推出不少日本樱花主题蛋糕🎂每一款都好吸引,樱花粉超吸睛🥰🥰⭐️北海道芝士桜花蛋糕⭐️12cm蛋糕上面插著樱花造型的装饰,春风一吹,随风飘拽,仿佛是置身樱吹雪的迷人景象。这个蛋糕加入义大利🇮🇹Mascarpone慕斯芝士,夹层是北海道芝士配上樱花酱焗制,底层是海绵雪糕。蛋糕本身已经有一阵幽香,入口尝到忌廉的牛奶清香,芝士的咸香贯彻全个蛋糕,余韵有微微奶香,味道不落俗套。 继续阅读

We were looking around for a nice cake to celebrate a special day and were attracted by this new cake at Italian Tomato.It looked so pretty that it seemed to be such a great value for money at a price of $198 only.  We decided to give it a try.It was packed in such a cute and colourful little box. Sorry for not being able to cut it out nicely. When I just opened the box, the cake smelt super good of strawberry! It was so hard to cut because of the crisps. First of all, I tried the triangular slices of Mille-feuille on top and they were a pass although no longer super crispy. What was best was the loads of Japanese condensed milk strawberry cream which smelt so good and tasted so delicious yet not too greasy! However, the Korean strawberries were not as sweet as I had expected, maybe masked by the sweeter strawberry cream. I was a bit disappointed with the tart base because I had expected cookie tart base but it was actually Mille-feuille as well so the whole thing was a bit too greasy. That said, worth trying. 继续阅读

前几日细佬生日,次次有屋企人生日都要谂好耐食咩蛋糕好🍰,谂到头都痛行咗唔少铺,细佬都拣唔到,最后落咗sogo嘅Italian Tomato睇👀佢终于睇啱咗个coffee咪蛋糕!虽然有少少贵,但生日都系一年一次,所以就买咗个番屋企试下(咖啡蛋糕☕ $360hkd, 21厘米)自问我唔系咖啡迷,但个海绵蛋糕的确有几香浓嘅咖啡味, 就算平时唔饮咖啡都接受到。蛋糕面有数粒核桃, 除此之外, 仲铺满咗牛奶朱古力同埋果仁,令蛋糕嘅口感大大提升。本人认为唯一美中不足嘅系d cream有少少油腻(可能因为我自己平时好少食cream),可能再调整下会好d✨OVERALL:8.75/10✨ 继续阅读
