Kafema位于湾仔同金钟既交界，店内有林林总总既咖啡用品同咖啡豆放哂出尼，完全系coffee lover既天地佢地有一部Conical triple grinder，简单尼讲就系将三个细既磨豆机痴埋做一个，很有趣不过真系非常嘈，嘈到连讲野都听唔到。咖啡机佢地用左expobar tailor made 既 双头机，红当当好抢眼。来自俄国既精品咖啡，30几种豆全部都由俄罗斯总店直送香港。设备齐全既佢地当然亦都有唔同既冲煮方法比顾客选择，包括Syphon, chemex hand drip 等。比较特别就系佢地有一种手冲加冰既做法，形造出一种特别既凉咖啡。同冰滴唔同既就系佢唔会太过浓同时亦都浓度亦都容易控制，因为冰滴既sip取时候较长，所以通常冲出尼都会好浓同时间好长。今次饮左自家烘焙既Grade pro Americano 25$这只特别既非洲豆blend，尼到既时候有一种nutty 香气入口有一阵咖啡苦甘味，后续较清，有淡淡的果酸个aftertaste 方面都算几好，甘味既感觉亦都好有持久性。之后咖啡师介绍左佢地招牌手冲冰咖啡$70 Tenzonia 闻落既草药，以为好苦啦。但系饮落好清新，酸味只系轻轻地入口既时候闪过，之后就转化成为甜味饮耐左之后就虽然无一开始咁滑，但系咖啡豆本身既味道就慢慢出返尼，开始系有点果酸，回甘就有点honey 既味出返尼。再放耐d既又唔同既有变化，真系一个好有趣既体验。咖啡师话同手冲既唔同就系需要系咖啡既浓度做d手脚，令咖啡唔会因为落左d冰度而变淡。33蚊就已有3款唔同口味既latte品尝，仲包括左巴西santos 同越南等既单品咖啡豆。绝对超值！仲有二种out of menu 既咖啡，系Colombia同Rwanda 既cup of excellence 卖成990$/kg 手冲要85$（起码平过收上百一杯既普通单品），虽然今次未有机会试，但系相信唔会差。

We have been meaning to try the coffee at Kafema for a while, as they have a great selection of coffee beans for sale (including actual mocha beans from Yemen - very rare and expensive).We ordered a flat white and latte. They were OK, but they each had a problem. The flat white was a little bitter, whereas the latte was weak. It wasn't terrible, but for a shop that sells great beans, they need to deliver a better cup. The coffee is their chance to make a bigger sale and move some beans. I would buy beans there, but I doubt I would get a coffee there.

早在上年12月，我经过湾仔轩尼诗道，发现有间红色招牌的咖啡店 <Kafema>！ 见到橱窗陈列咖啡用具，店子看起来都几阔落； 当时，我走入去看过究竟！ 供应来自俄罗斯的咖啡豆、茶，全港只此一家！ 另有售咖啡机、咖啡杯及咖啡用具...等。一应俱全！ 这里弥漫阵阵咖啡香！ 木圆桌配上舒适的椅子，加上空间感充裕！给人一室悠闲的感觉！ 可尽情享受咖啡的乐趣！ 就算我首次到访而没有帮衬，店员亦提供专业意见！让我好像上了一课！ 店员会因应食客的个人口味，而调配适合食客口味的咖啡！值得一赞！ 在 3、4月期间帮衬了 3 次，每次尝试不同的饮品，配上不同的小甜点，不一样的体验！ 店内印有自家品牌的咖啡机，是西班牙制造！外型独特、红色很突出！ 完全迎合店子风格！店方每日供应 3 款不同味道及浓度的咖啡给食客选择！让食客选出心水口味咖啡！更称心满意！ 当日供应 3 款分别是：浓度较高、浓度较淡及味道带甜的咖啡豆！ 价钱方面，咖啡 $25 ~ $65、茶 $25 ~ $40、热朱古力 $37 下午茶时间！Cafe Latte & Orange Flowers BiscuitsCafe Latte $33当我向女店员要求味道带甜的咖啡豆，随即她补说一句，店方的 Latte 会加多奶！ 我不以为已！饮落才发觉应选择味道较为浓郁的咖啡豆。有此经验之后，下次我会审慎选择！ 以透明玻璃杯送上，表面有花朵形拉花，有别于一般见到最基本的心形的拉花！ 令人赏心悦目！浅啡色的咖啡！一看便知不合我意！相信口味较淡！有咖啡香，咖啡较为多奶，相对咖啡味不够而单薄！ 幸好！奶泡的细滑及绵密程度也相当理想！喝来质感细腻又顺喉！ 最后留下只有微弱的回甘！店方只提供白糖及咖啡糖，并没有代糖之类。 来自法国的小甜点，伴咖啡一流！ Orange Flowers Biscuits $20一包有 3 块，富牛油味及牛油香！表面舖满果仁片，松脆度提升！ 甜度刚好！轻带橙花香！口味怡人！ 茶 ~ 以 100克售卖，黑茶及绿茶为主，还有果茶。$360 ~ $600/100克$25 / $32 / $40 @杯 (视乎原价而定)Pina Colada & Pistachio coconut Pina Colada $25 (Hisbiscus, slices of apple, pineapple & coconut oil 混合而成！) 据店员所知，引用了香槟的名字！ 打开樽盖，即传来椰子香气！真是诱人！ 当时，我已被那股椰香吸引住了！ 以茶壶及高水温即时泡， 冲泡 4分钟，茶色粉红色很迷人！ 热水令其香气发挥得淋漓尽致！散发果酸及椰香！表面带有一点点的椰油！ 入口微酸！我觉得不论冬天饮抑或夏天饮同样适合！冬天饮可暖胃！夏天饮够醒胃！ 味道还要比花茶更突出！另一款果茶 Vitimin (apple, pineapple....)嗅起来充满果酸，相对酸度较高！很提神醒胃！ Pistachio coconut macarons $20这款法式小甜点！充满椰香的香甜！看起来好像曲奇饼，食起来却是满口椰丝、富有嚼劲！内外兼备！令我想到港式椰挞的味道！ Hot Chocolate & Coffee Bean ChocolateHot Chocolate $37我问女店员 Hot Chocolate 及 Cocoa 的分别，前者是以茶匙舀来食！而后者则是以朱古力粉混合牛奶而成！Hot Chocolate 只有半杯！质感杰达达！以茶匙舀来食！ 口感特别！满载浓郁的朱古力香气及味道！不算很甜，甜度适中！ 不妨一试！Coffee Bean Chocolate $20以朱古力包住原粒咖啡豆，一咬开！咖啡豆入口硬脆！甘味浓郁！ 口腔回甘好一会儿！如果，工作太忙而累到「钓鱼」！的确有提一提神之效！本人亲身试过！ 这里的饮品选择繁多！ 有机会再帮衬的话，要尝试其他饮品！

Read from magazine that this is a specialty chain coffee shop from russia. And so I kind of have high expectation to see what russian's coffee is like.Before I entered the shop, i was deeply attracted by all those coffee assessories displayed near the window. This shop also roasted their coffee beans. But by looking at the volume of the bags they displayed, I wondered if they are just like normal US chain coffee shops where freshness of beans is not in top priority.I ordered a latte for take away as I was in rush for a meeting. When I placed my order, the barista told me that their latte was in more in a milky flavor. In other words, their coffee is not strong enough??I didn't watched how the barista prepared my latte as I need to head to a washroom and by the time I came out, my latte was already waiting for me. On my way out, I was curious to see how the milk texture was like and so I opened up the lid. To my surprise, the latte was prepared in a similar way as Caffe Kenon in which the milk was first poured in the cup followed by my espresso. I was in deep disappointment that there was no latte art which could at least stood out from those normal chain coffee shop in hong kong.In regards of its flavor, as the barista has said previously, the coffee tasted just like milk. Coffee is so weak that it you cannot tell you were drinking of a coffee. After taste is weak and aroma simply does not even exist!
