Many friends recommend Kytaly as the best pizza in town but received mixed feedbacks of either the best or just ok, so decided to try with a colleague as farewell lunch. Given Wyndham Street is crowded with vehicles roaming here and there, Kytaly is nicely located inside the building on 5th Floor. Stepping into the restaurant, the atmosphere is relaxing and feels like I escaped from the busy Wyndham Street. Indoor and outdoor (terrace) seating is available. Wooden tables and chairs, potted plants, beach umbrellas...what's there to complain. With the breezy weather, outdoor seating was ideal for us today. Breezy wind with the sun shining on us.Lunch set menu is available with the price below $200 and only pizza is served during lunch. It took us less than 30 seconds to decide which pizzas to order to share. The pizza was larger than we expected, 4 big slices per pizza for 2 person, we ate 3pcs each and took away 2pcs. The pizza was larger enough to fold into half! MargheritaPizza toppings includes tomato, mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and extra virgin olive oil. The crust was chewy and fluffy, and it taste like handmade dough, definitely oven baked! Thumbs up for the crust. The toppings was moist but the cheese not melted enough so there was no "pulling" the cheese effect. Margherita con crudoPizza toppings includes tomato, mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, Parma ham and extra virgin olive oil. Same as the above pizza, nothing to complain about on the crust but the toppings was blend and dry.Overall, the pizza was ok but definitely not the best in town for me.

Their franchise with the Italy cooker has been suspended, so the old menu is no longer there. The menu is an entirely new one which is quite disappointed The atmosphere and the environment are excellent, but the food quality didn’t reach my expectation, only reach the level of acceptable I would say...

“The world’s best pizza”. I have a high expectation. Happy to tell that the Dough doesn’t make me disappointed. The Margherita is very good. The topping is very juicy. I believe chef has his persevering to choose tomatoes.But actually I come for the dessert, Tiramisu. Um... a little bit disappointed. I won’t say it is bad. But maybe it is a home recipe. The taste is a bit light, and the alcohol flavour is very weak.

I think we’ve found our fav pizza place in town🤩🤩🤩Came here one weekend for a Saturday lunch some time ago, and immediately fell in love with their terrace area the moment we stepped in! With the wooden benches, the potted plants, the beach umbrellas and the street view below us, it felt like an oasis within the city!_And it’s not just the ambiance, the food here is equally as satisfying!Recently ranked as Asia’s no.1 pizza place, I dare say Kytaly serves one of the best pizzas in town (or even in the world! Not even kidding. Was at a popular pizzeria in Milan a month ago, and thought Kytaly’s pizza was better🤪)_{Pizze Scarpetta $288 🍕}Pizze Scarpetta is one of their signatures, featuring cream of grana padano DOP 12 months aged cheese, 3 tomatoes compote, shavings of Grana Padano 24 months aged cheese, and freeze dried pesto.Since the pizza uses the grana padano cheese cream as the base, the bottom crust is less sloppy/wet as what you might get with tomato sauce-based ones.And on the surface, the creaminess of Mozzarella, that zing from the 3-tomatoes compote, and the fragrance of the freeze dried pesto all come together perfectly to make a pizza that’s a celebration of diff flavours!🎊And did I mention the crust?! Just so incredibly light, chewy and fluffy!! And with an obvious aroma of baked bread - proof that it was oven baked😉Only thing to critique was that i was hoping for a slighttttly more crispy edge. Heard a lot of comments on how this is the best pizza in town! I have received mixed feedback, and decided to give it a try at lunch. I think it’s a nice place for lunch as it’s not crowded, the atmosphere is very nice to take a break from the busy city. They offered lunch combo, for under $200, you can enjoy a pizza with a appetizer. Not bad at all!Salad as appetizer
