今天下午路过太古城,刚好有点饿,想来一份轻食。可是听说这边的餐厅订价比较高,唯有转移目标为外卖。来到这家面包店,总觉得十分眼熟,在尖沙咀好像也有这家分店。石窑黑麦粒包 Stone Braked Whole Rye Grain roll 小牌子写著材料明细:面粉,酸种,棵麦,糖,盐,麦芽 还要标榜是以石窑烤制,看来很特别,就来试一试吧! 包包表面有白色粉末,放在手上,感觉轻飘飘,不坠手,内里空气较多。外围表皮较硬脆,包包底部韧度较高。包包中间白色部份气孔细小而平均。整体无甜味,但有微微的咸味及酸味。而这个包包不松软需要多点时间咀嚼。 总之跟一般又甜又软熟的麦包有很大分别。 可是,尝过这个包后,嘴唇都沾满白粉,就连衣服上也有白色粉末。 话说,有中学生研究了市面麦包的成份,大都是以焦糖上色,令面包变为消费者心目中的<啡色麦包>。不知这个石窑烧出来的黑麦粒包,是否真麦包?

I am really into green tea anything lately so when I walked by and saw these two new items, I had to try them. I tried the Uji Green Tea Bread first and it's a good choice because it has milky bread flakes with a sweet crust and a milder green tea filling flavor than the danish. And the Uji Green Tea Danish is really crispy with strong green tea paste. It’s fluffy and this is green tea good! I like both and since they were so fresh, I gobbled them all at once.

见有新店,今日经过就入去行下。这儿的饱卖相不错,排得整整齐齐。看了一会其实选择不多,于是买左一袋厚多士和一个黑白芝麻饱。回家吃了才发现它的饱十分香,十分软而且手指不会沾到油。虽然价钱贵了一点却是值得。
