招牌菜
原本念住去Palate,点知已经closed。所以就嚟呢度啰。午餐有汤、主菜、甜品和咖啡,价钱 大约58 - 68,都几平㖞。餐汤是罗宋汤 or 忌亷粟米汤 - 味道一般啦。焗猪扒饭 - 个 sauce唔错,仲有好多cheese tim,但个饭就淋咗D,猪扒味道OK啦。Rib eye steak - 朋友话几好味,steak 唔靱,淋淋哋,唔错甜品是奶涷,麻麻哋。咖啡都OK呀这个价钱和质素,我觉得唔错㖞,仲唔驶加一,可以再黎

话说本人生日, 本身想去食 buffet (因为大家知我 like食蚝, 禁就唔洗烦)但li个环境, 唔想佢地洗太多钱 (请埋我要成4百几5百蚊个嫁啦)好姐妹个同事就介绍MARK ONE比佢, 就book 左齐齐一试(齐亦因为生日, 所以有小小相比大家睇下去到侍应生个个都好热情, 好NICE, 好好笑容, 老板当然不例外啦, 以为因为响朵关系先会禁好招呼, 原来系我"小心眼", 对所有食客都系一视同人老板知我地想食蚝同饮酒, 又知我地唔多识, 就好细心问我地想食咩口味, 又好详细解释比我地知, 亚妈问埋D无谓问题佢都好用心答, 劲先上红酒, 比我试woo (我都唔试, 玩咩) - - - so 我都唔知点讲, 总知好易入口, 带甜又唔干(都系我同老板讲要带甜, 之后佢决定既)楝左佢推介既法国生蚝 - - -.好肥美, 鲜, 有蚝味又有海水味又唔会太咸, 老板冇介绍错 (放落口我地个个都唔舍得一下就落左个胃)朋友介绍既cherrystone - - - 我第一次食, 真系out, 但系真系好新鲜, 汗都比我地啜干哂一人点一个dinner set - - - 叫左牛扒, 羊, 鸭胸, 黑豚肉, 同海鲜意粉。我叫既牛就差左dd啦, 我叫6成熟有血水但都唔系太淋同好干有d硬。亚妈叫左羊架. good, 跟既酱种好好味(薄荷及芥辣煮成)。到意粉, 因为系海鲜, 唔洗讲,佢地既海鲜全部都好好食,个cream 汗都好食, 唔滞。黑豚肉系我地成枱都激赞, 味好似嫩, 推介到甜品 - - - 知我生日, 整个个心比我 wakak, 甜品都好出色嫁, 又多选择, set dinner 既甜品都有成4~5款比你楝 woo, 种想点, 种要个set dinner 都系16x~21x 左右6个人, 成左1900左右个区黎讲真系抵嫁, 又饮酒,又有蚝同cherrystone, 又唔赶客, 侍应真系个个都好人爆p.s. 我亚哥黎在一阵, 唔叫野食, 佢地都好好人, 讲"唔紧要, 我比杯水你呀你想要冻水定暖水" - - -呵~~~ 冇帮衬种服侍埋佢, 我地行上行落都叫我地小心d呀...有时食饭都系想食得开心, 佢地服务好, 又唔贵, 又好食, 真系.......我都唔洗讲

Hmmm... At first I am quite surprised with the -ve comments abt the lunch but my friend kept pushing me to go there for dinner. Ok fine, then give it a go Dinner was awesome! I am not a big oyster lover but I love Cherry Stone clams so much Scampi is so common in Aust. but I prefer spot prawns! Scampi is quite sweet but spot prawns can give you the excitement of rich prawn flavor *o*I can tell they have fresh & great seafood which is a lot better than hotel buffetI like Halibut fish & my friend had qualo. Mushroom soup & lobster soup is sooo yum.I am too full for desserts lu... Cream brulee, Horlick & chocolate pudding are great too XDThe boss is so friendly & passionate, will definitely revisit again

以$6x一个set lunch黎讲, 有汤有甜品有咖啡/茶, 算唔错餐汤系港色西汤, 味道系ok既同事点左牛, 我要羊, 牛淹到无乜味, 羊反而ok, portion对女仔黎讲系足够既甜点只有少少, 但系有惊喜waitor 有点慌失失但ok可爱(虽然年纪同可爱唔挂钩)

午餐很多选择,而且价钱很相宜,汤、主菜、甜品及餐菜,大约$5X至$6X左右,在中环来说是很「大众化」。意大利杂菜汤及粟米忌廉汤-淡如开水,似是做罐头汤加了大量开水而成。主菜就选择三款,大家一同分享。烟三文鱼忌廉天使面-三文鱼似是无烟熏过的;所谓的天使面粗幼度,没有传统angel hair的幼细,又不及spaghetti的粗身,是界乎两者之间;忌廉汁又是淡如无味的。蕃茄焗猪扒饭-应该是预先焗定,完全唔够热,还有一大块未完全溶掉的芝士;猪扒是一件未腌过的肉;可能之前的天使面影响,我觉得蕃茄好够味。韩式牛肉石头锅饭-牛肉是打边炉的肥牛,一大串一大串,每件也互相「紧扣」,真是叫人不知从何入手;泡菜是毫无味道,又没有酱辣,只是用𩠌来捞饭,有味极有限。奶冻-端上来时大家也哗言,份量只是占一个焗杯1寸高度,纵然味道不错,也够滑溜,其实是朱古力味难食有限,可惜太少太少。今回吃了一顿「健康」味无午餐,试过同街许多餐厅,无论环境及食物,这间算是最差。
