The Jaffa cake is basically a layer of Genoise sponge base, a layer of orange jelly coated in chocolate.In 2016, Marks and Spencers had the Dark chocolate and Cherry Jaffa cake which tasted like blackforest cake but the cherry jelly was not tart enough.Now they have this new Raspberry Jaffa Cake which I decided to try as well, there is also lemon and lime which I hope to try later.The raspberry is really fragrant and quite tart compared to the cherry so I really liked it.
