其實馬莎嘅麵包部,一直都係我心目中有唔錯嘅評價,因為佢嘅麵包性價比高,款式都幾多之餘,價錢都唔算太貴。Brown Scone ($14)呢個Scone真係其貌不揚,性價比好高!外脆內軟,係一般鬆餅1.5倍大舊,成舊好香麥味 口感介乎鬆軟麵包同實心鬆餅之間,再加上粒粒麥片,成舊好有咬口好好味 其實馬莎周不時會做優惠,有時仲做買二送一,除返開差唔多9蚊一舊,真係抵到冇朋友其實平時行開行埋,見到有貨我會入定幾舊,放喺冰櫃做存貨,想食嗰時就拎出嚟,唔使解凍焗12至15分鐘。*如果有埋cream仲正,再加埋杯奶茶/咖啡就係一個開心下午茶啦

Marks and Spencer 喺香港好耐。本來係以賣大人衫褲為主,後來入埋佢英國嗰邊啲零食同紅酒。同英國比,有mark up 係一定嘅。只係以進口貨嚟講,佢無其他英國品牌(如Tesco, Saintsbury, Waitrose) 食水咁深囉。部份分店仲有麵包部,啲包係由英國引入急凍麵團,喺鋪頭度焗嘅。好多時啲質素都幾高。今日買咗個double chocolate muffin,朱古力味香濃,蛋糕實淨而且保持濕潤,係坊間少有嘅高水平。

早餐已經食到唔知食乜好,但我起身點都要飲返杯咖啡的, 咁啱噚日見朋友去左Marks & Spencer 下午茶,想起上環信德中心有一間,於是開會前嚟試一次先。呢度早餐做緊買咖啡加4蚊有個Croissant, 但我見到佢有我至愛嘅Pretzel, 於是忍唔住要左個芝士口味的, 配Latte. 先看咖啡, 呢度唔預人dine-in,設備唔齊全,所以全部用紙杯,咖啡奶泡有少少溢出, 所以拉花有點糊了, 但仍算合格, 因為我飲左一半❤️仍在。咖啡味OK, 夠深,唔得好奶味。個pretzel 好新鮮,但已放涼了, 這裡冇焗爐,所以不能提供番熱服務,呢個位差左啲。但無損pretzel 嘅美味, 芝士好香, 應該係cheddar cheese,包身軟得嚟帶煙韌有咬勁😍😋👍。Marks & Spencer 嘅麵包一向出色, 所以間唔中唔知食咩好就可以過嚟試下。

The cruffin which is a pastry hybrid of a croissant and a muffin was only previously available at posh bakeries in London and some other countries.It is meant to be crisp and flaky like a croissant and soft doughy like a muffin on the inside.You can get it at Marks and Sparks as well as this Japanese inspired Chinese bakery A1 group but their version is weird as it is covered in icing.At Marks and Sparks, there are three different flavours – chocolate and hazelnut, Seville orange and strawberry and Marc de champagne, at £1.50 in the UK and $25 in Hong Kong.I was a bit disappointed because it was not doughy and soft in the middle and it was just a croissant all the way through but shaped like a muffin.Never the less, both the Strawberry and orange flavours were good because jam and croissants always go together.The chocolate was a bit rich and tasted like a pain du chocolat filled with nutella paste.

我為了炮製一份適合自己口味又健康的 All day breakfast, 打算弄製黑松露烚蛋,於是,走到超級市場搜羅食材! 可是,黑松露醬並非普通超級市場有售!要走到外國進口的高級超級市場才有售! 令我想起公司附近的 <馬莎>,連這裡也沒有供應! 只好走一趟去 IFC 吧!當我在馬莎搜尋食材期間,恰巧,有位男店員見我剛剛經過麵包部,有健康餅乾正值有優惠,原價 $28 (現售 $20);他向我推銷這優惠,聽起來也覺得超抵! 而這款餅乾的另一賣點是一盒有四包獨立包裝,唯獨是有效期比較短,大約一個月左右! 種子麥餅乾 $20一盒有四包獨立包裝,一包有 4 塊,餅乾本身混合南瓜籽,餅身口感硬脆,微鹹! 多穀物餅乾 $48這款餅乾沒有特價,我卻被其健康元素吸引購買! 打開包裝袋,有點油香味!恐怕放久了會有油益味! 整塊餅乾表面鋪滿亞麻籽、罌粟籽…等,餅底富有麥粒,纖維滿載之餘, 又充滿嚼感! 餅身微彎質感硬身!亞麻籽帶出香脆,同樣是微鹹! 我略嫌味道太寡!於是,嚐試塗上植物蛋黃醬及黑松露醬來提升味道!真是「妹仔大過主人婆」嘞! 醬汁已花上百多元! 餅乾卻花上幾十元!植物蛋黃醬沒有蛋黃成份,相對沙律醬健康得多! 其口味及酸度可媲美沙律醬,同樣做到令人開胃的效果! 黑松露醬散發濃郁而獨特幽香的黑松露,非常誘人! 塗上黑松露醬後,把平凡的味道變得不平凡!
