朋友为我庆生🥰拣咗呢间最近几hit嘅中上环小酒馆,粉色系嘅装修感觉好开扬雅致。餐厅由米芝莲名厨主理,菜式定价则走大众化路线。餐厅绝对系庆祝嘅好选择,店员帮我哋影相好讲究好细心🫶🏻🥖餐包有三款面包,唔够可以再添。蒜头圆包香草味突出,暖暖地几脆口,黑麦面包外脆内软口感几好👍🏻🍆Cherry Tomato Eggplant Salad $128Coriander chili vinaigrette开胃清爽嘅沙律,茄子带自身嘅清甜味,车喱茄细细粒好甜好爆汁💦感觉好fresh🥳🧅French Onion Soup $148beef tendon, Gruyere cheese几推介✅味道好浓郁,加入牛筋,饮落味道好浓郁。面头嘅面包铺上Gouyere cheese🧀拉丝芝士令汤头更rich😋🍝Pork Knuckle Orecchlette $198chorizo, cripsy pork rind 好多人都推介呢度嘅意粉,我就叫咗比较特别嘅猫耳朵意粉,猫耳朵口感烟韧😙搭配猪手粒、辣肉肠及炸猪皮,咸咸辣辣几惹味😛🍤Cripsy Langoustine Rolls $298tartar sauce另一款主菜拣咗海螯虾包,牛油brioche表面脆口,咬落松软带少许甜味🤩中间嘅炸螯虾口感好松脆,炸粉够薄,虾肉弹牙鲜味,底下搭配惹味嘅他他酱,加上柠檬汁及刁草,味道层次出色😋🍫Barely Baked Chocolate Tart $98creme fraiche庆生少不了精致嘅甜品😻呢款朱古力挞好rich,质感幼滑,可可味好浓郁,完全唔会甜👍🏻推介指数(10分为满分):8分

Took my mum to one of my favourite restaurants for Mother’s Day. We had their signature pastas, which were as flavourful as ever, though my sister preferred the red prawns we had from Spain. The crispy langoustine rolls were unforgettable. I still remember the taste from the first time I tried them. We also ordered lobster and chicken. The lobster was grilled to perfection, topped with diced escargot and mashed potato, it’s a combination I really enjoyed. As for the chicken, while I still prefer the one at Bâtard, it was juicy and tender, and the side of chilli sauce packed a serious punch..For dessert, I can never get tired of their chocolate tart. We also tried the Banoffee Trifle, made with toffee. My friend recently went to the private sector and it was nice to catch up with her.We started off with the bluefin tartar. The slightly spicy espelette mayonnaise added a nice kick of flavor to already delicious tuna. The puffed rice and the crispy bread added some contrasting textures to it.The elevated version of a usual lobster roll, a Crispy Langoustine Roll, was stunning. The buttery brioche was together with the deep fried Langoustine was heavely.My friend craved for some fries so we ordered their truffle fries.Their red prawn was just slightly cooked to preserve its texture and flavors (they reassured us that it is sashimi grade so it is safe) and the pasta was cooked to al dente.We ordered all 3 desserts and despite my usual love for berries, my heart went to the chocolate tart and trifle. The chocolate tart, as the name implies, was barely baked, preserving a very gooey texture to it. The banoffee trifle had 3 layers flavors including a less than usual ingredient, peanut/peanut butter, for this trifle, and these prominent flavors made a great finale to this meal. Looking forward to the next one.

米芝莲主厨Vicky Cheng在香港的第三家餐厅,走casual dining路线的融合菜bistro,不出意外地成为了近期热门新店,周一晚上都有点难订。·整体好吃,价格在中环来说不算贵,份量也可以,环境上拿捏氛围感更是妥妥的。不过适合多人分享的菜式挺多,两个人的话有些特色菜都没法尝试。·来的时候自然是以“米芝莲Chef主导的团队”的标准来衡量出品和服务的,菜式和调味虽不出错,但没能让人耳目一新,上菜节奏也还没磨合好。·【餐前面包】8点过第二轮的晚饭,饥肠辘辘的时候吃到这烘热的面包真是比什么都香,嚼劲也足够有韧性。·【Baby Oyster Chowder】经典的奶油周打蚬汤盛在一大只中间挖空的酸种面包里,口口浓缩着配料的丰盛与咸鲜,吃不完的面包当然要带回去作早餐了。·【18 Vegetables Salad】光听名字是拉满期待的,很好奇要怎么把这么多种蔬菜做出花来,不过是我想多了,就是一大盘高级版的绿化带hhh·调味很酸,感觉还能再优雅些,base是烤过的根茎类蔬菜,绵糯中带一点甜,这道建议别点。·【Crispy Langoustine Rolls】龙虾包在这里变成了小巧精致的finger food,海螯虾炸得热腾滚烫,被黄油味香浓的布里欧修面包托起,内里肉质弹嫩得快要跳脱出来,外层油酥蘸上塔塔酱,炸物的经典组合,趁热吃~·【Mediterranean Red Prawn Linguine】虾膏虾汁与番茄熬出来的酱汁,是成就这道comfort碳水的鲜味密码。看似不多,却紧紧依附在弹牙的意面上,一股令人上头的鲜浓,一触到舌尖便开始在口腔中温柔横行。·红虾不是最好的,但品质符合这个价格,美中不足是酱汁的分布不太均匀,以及不能接受浓厚虾味的人可能会觉得有点腻和腥。
