Vanilla Basque Cheesecake $50First time to try basque cheesecake here. There were three flavours. We chose vanilla. The other two flavours were rose and earl grey. The cheesecake was wrapped by paper in a thin wooden box. It was super super smooth like ice cream. I could see vanilla seeds inside. But burnt flavour was basically nil. Quality was good though. Now need to pay $1 to get a paper bag.

Happy Holiday🌈🌈放假和友人来到铜锣湾逛街，路过世贸醒起地下𠮶层有间Paul Lafayet 上次嚟撞啱炖蛋节，炖蛋被抢购一空，好夸张😱😱之前约定下次一定要再来试试这个招牌法式火焰焦糖炖蛋🐣🐣今次来到远处已见到很多一小碗法式焦糖炖蛋好似玩层层叠咁，叠得整整齐齐🤭Yeah 我哋终于可以试吓喇！店员即场把焦糖洒在炖蛋的面上再用火枪焊大约半分钟搞掂！记得30分钟内享用味道更佳啊🤗友人第一次食，他说绵绵口感加上焦糖脆片，一试爱上了，嘻嘻😁📌铜锣湾世贸中心地下G03号舖💛PAUL LAFAYET
