Sift 嘅 cupcake 真系花多眼乱，次次都好想豪豪地大叫一声我全部都要 😂不过作为一个奉行健康饮食 (？！) 嘅人，我每次都系乖乖地食一个当比自己一个小奖励，咁样先会有动力期待下次再食㗎嘛～ 😆我都几钟意呢种 mini size 嘅 cupcake，几可以过下口瘾，但又唔会好好 heavy，因为有时候一个大 size 嘅 cupcake d butter cream 都几漏 🙈今次拣左芒果乳酪味，甜甜酸酸咁几 fresh，食完都无罪恶感 😂

平时行开希慎都有留意开既cupcake店，全部都好似好好味。除左cupcake之外，其实佢都仲有其他唔同既蛋糕，有whole cake 同埋一啲sesonal 既蛋糕，今次就衬住屋企人生日，自告奋勇去订左个whole cake庆祝。因为唔想食太多cream所以订左个一磅既Red Fruit Tart有士多啤梨同rapsberry 铺面，底下系有果酱同almond cream! 饼底好好食呢～成个蛋糕都唔太甜。生果都唔太酸，成个感觉都好开胃，系几好食。下次可以试下cupcake !

This cutie contains the best parts of a lemon meringue pie - the lemon filling and the nicely toasted swiss meringue frosting. Lemon zest was added to the cake to give a light, but not overwhelming lemon flavour. Once bitten, it bursts in your mouth with a rich and creamy lemon curd filling, giving you a fluffy yet luscious delight to enjoy! . 食呢个cupcake真系有食柠檬蛋白批嘅感觉! 蛋糕中间有加左质地幼滑嘅柠檬酪, 所以成个蛋糕体松软得嚟好湿润💦 蛋糕入面仲加入左适量嘅柠檬皮, 每一啖都有柠檬香味扑鼻而来, 同蛋白糖霜互相平衡翻, 令个cupcake整体嚟讲唔会太酸或者过甜。🫐 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 ($32)The blueberry one was a bit disappointing compared to other high quality cupcakes of Sift. Was expecting juicy blueberries studded throughout the cake, yet, the vanilla cake base was only garnished with a few, small pieces of blueberries, making it a bit dry and dull. Fortunately, it was topped with a silky and flavourful swirl of blueberry buttercream frosting, compensating some of the marks lost. .比起其他口味, 呢个蓝莓cupcake就失色左少少啦 由于佢系用云呢嗱蛋糕嚟做个底, 但又净系加左几粒好细嘅蓝莓, 食落好干之余同面头嘅蓝莓忌廉糖霜好似分开两部分咁💔不过好彩个忌廉都几重蓝莓味, 加上质地柔滑细腻, 都叫左加翻少少分啦
