之前一早在社交媒體網站見人嚟過呢間cafe，一直想嚟，今日終於嚟到，最後叫咗杯$42 flat white，好飲，拉花又靚，雖然坐位好少，但可以坐好耐，慢慢hea，好耐未試過咁但冷氣都幾大，建議帶件外套，以免凍親臨走同店員閒聊，佢之前做過另一間cafe，佢對我都有少少印象，我們仲影咗相😆

同朋友經過，店面細，有三個位，任座。點左hot flat white, 朋友點左Iced Cappuccino. 店員隨左咖啡，都主動遞左兩杯水，細心。座左好耐，好似都無人入黎買啡😅不過任座好爽呢

第一次到訪，1630到，好彩有位坐😁仲遇到貴人店員親切有善精品咖啡豆超多選擇第一次見咁多Geisha 最後揀左Finca Deborah Nirvana Geisha(N)超正 一杯三味唔同杯、唔同溫度、唔同感受Barista 手沖超水準，仲有介紹詳盡最後仲遇到老闆招待佢d朋友邀請埋我試d好野一路試，一路傾好似上堂咁呀獲益良多完全係想推廣精品咖啡好難得感謝萬分🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻必會再訪😁😁😁PS原本約左人食飯搞到遲左但絕對係值得值得由新界西去到港島西Highly recommend for the one who love hand drip coffee Once again, thx a lot🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

🪨石級行人路旁嘅Stone Coffee ☕️ 位於西營盤正街嘅Stone Coffee係石級行人路旁，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，座位唔算多，不過全部係窗邊位，可以一邊飲住咖啡一邊睇街外景致，頗為寫意☺️☕️ Long Black 咖啡唔會苦澀，口感清純，微微帶酸

在長長的西環正街的大斜路上, 有一間咖啡店, 叫STONE COFFEE, 要爬上來毫不容易好不容易才上到來, 發現店子小小, 不過非常好CHILL, 而且還在外面SET UP了一個台仔讓客人站著喝咖啡, 看街景熱朱古力淡淡甜, 濃濃的底韻非常吸引, CREAMY得來不會太甜太重奶, 當你想CHILL一下, 在煩瑣的事情中為腦筋冷卻休息一下, 這裡的熱朱古力真的很推介~拉花也很漂亮, 值得推一下~在外面站著看西環寧靜的街景, 享受著巧克力蛋糕, 好舒服呢

咖啡濃厚，深厚香醇。點了 Flat White 和 Latte，after taste 留香。店內裝潢簡約，深有咖啡館精神。職員友善，能夠為你解答咖啡問題，一定會再去。下次試Piccolo!

下班後經過西營盤，呷一口咖啡才回家吧。Stone內只有3個座位，客人多數takeaway。店員很細心推介我想要的口味，怎料就在我order時有兩大學女生走進來，一屁股坐下僅餘的兩個位置我當然深深不憤! 明明我先到，原本打算坐在窗邊慢慢欣賞街景，而且我不是takeaway,拿著咖啡站在小小的店內十分尷尬幸好服務員體心的安排我坐在收銀枱前口，雖然有點突兀，總算稍為安撫了我。枱面有一盤餅乾供客人免費伴咖啡享用咖啡也不俗，漂亮的心形拉花的確會為人帶來好心情

I did a review previously with a neutral face as there were some things to work on. Glad to say they have listened and Stone is now one of the best coffee shops in the area. Consistently good flat white with a good balance. No bitterness and plenty of body. They do a few small snacks too and cold drinks for those interested. The little sit out area is still a bit rickety but you can't do much on a slope. The two baristas are very friendly which isn't often the case.

Cozy cafe situated on the side of the long escalator in sai ying pun. There aren't many seats inside the cafe, but there usually isn't many people. Last time I went, they had a promotion: for any coffee ordered, they would give you a lemon tart for free. This time, I ordered a flat white and the coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be bake for their tarts as a light snack.

出左地鐵站旁邊有一條長長既樓梯，行上去有一間真係得幾個位既咖啡小店，入去坐底嘆番杯咖啡。店既旁邊都係樓梯，仲印左店名係上面，Coffee有時真係Hope黎架。都可以係外面花槽專用小枱嘆咖啡傾下計，呢個裝置好有特色，善用位置之餘又幾似外國街頭。門口掛住左個牌，寫住You Only Live Once，大家買完咖啡可以放係度影張相打個卡。店仔細細真係得幾個位，可以買杯咖啡坐低享受日光或者望住街坊來來往往，過一個寫意既下晝。先去揀蛋糕或者批食下先，都有幾款賣相幾好既小食。Flat White($38)，一沖既時候，咖啡香氣嘆鼻而來，飲落咖啡濃厚而奶泡夠薄身。店員仲好細心咁預備埋水俾你。朱古力蛋糕($35)，寫明係用左Gluten Free，食落更安心，朱古力味夠香夠濃。店名: Stone Coffee地址: 西環西營盤正街56號地舖餐牌:

We came across Stone Coffee a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the casual and minimalist atmosphere! Loads of things to choose from like hand drip and cold brew, and pastries and cakes on offer too. It was great especially for dropping in casually for a takeaway or a midday recharge, and conveniently placed near Sai Ying Pun mtr station. Amazing also for tourists after touring west hongkong island; only a 5 minute walk away from the nearest tram station.

Sai Ying Pun is a traditional real Hong Kong area undergoing rapid changes, where you find the genuine east meets west.  A second after seeing a nanny selling bamboo baskets in an ancient grocery store, you may see young baristas serving specialty coffee in a contemporary elegant cafe.  There are numerous historical buildings which worth a visit.It is within a 5-minute walk to the nearest Sai Ying Pun MTR station.
