I had the task of choosing a birthday cake so this was the cake.Originally I wanted to get this blackforest cake from Shatin but Shatin is too far to trek so ordered the cake from here because you can choose the appearance.Communication was a little difficult so whatsapp is the best method.I was given four cake flavours to choose and clearly Chocolate Cake with Sour Cherry Jam topped with Chocolate Cheese Frosting was going to be my choice.Luckily the taste was good and not too sweet, the chocolate cake layer was a bit dense and dry but the chocolate cheese frosting is quite nice with cherries in the middle.
