打风后,和朋友到将军澳海滨午膳。我们试了一间风格鲜明的地中海餐厅,令人印象深刻。餐厅以蓝、白、金三色为主调,营造出时尚而高雅的氛围。室内灯光柔和幽暗,主打精致地中海菜肴,选料讲究,更特别引入炭焗炉,为料理增添独特的炭烧风味。龙虾浓汤 (Lobster Bisque)汤质浓稠细腻,入口绵滑。烟熏鸭胸芝麻菜沙律 (Smoked Duck Breast Arugula)鸭胸经过烟熏处理,肉质柔软中带点紧实,咸香得宜。搭配新鲜微辛的芝麻菜 (火箭菜) 和清爽酱汁,还有一片片的鲜橙,非常开胃。香煎海鲈鱼 (Pan Seared Seabass)鱼皮煎得金黄焦脆,鱼肉雪白细嫩,饱满多汁,火候控制得恰到好处。21天干式熟成肉眼扒 (21 Days Dry-Aged Rib Eye) 我们 点选了五成熟,厨师仅以盐和黑胡椒简单调味,却能完美引出牛肉的浓郁原味。牛扒外层烤至焦香脆壳,切开后内里呈现完美的粉嫩色泽。肉质细嫩多汁,油花分布均匀,旁边炸至金黄香脆的薯条也外皮酥脆。云呢拿焦糖炖蛋 (Vanilla Crème Brûlée)表面一层薄脆的焦糖,敲开时发出清脆声响,焦香四溢。底下的炖蛋口感极致柔滑细腻,云呢拿(香草)的香气自然芬芳。餐厅不仅环境雅致舒适,更善用炭火技艺提升食材风味。想品尝高质地中海风味与优质炭烧料理,这间餐厅绝对是值得一试的选择。 继续阅读

.我地叫左两份SET LUNCH。头盘叫左一个是日餐汤同一个冻蔬菜汤。先讲餐汤,系蘑菇汤,十分creamy浓厚,而且啖啖都饮到好多蘑菇蓉,我地都饮到个碟好干净。😍冻蔬菜汤好特别,用左多款蔬菜搅拌而成,饮落比中式罗宋汤更清甜,而蕃茄亦令个汤酸酸甜甜好开胃!.主菜我地叫左Bouillabaisse Fish同Wet-Aged AUS 36 South Striploin M2。红鲻鱼烧得好香,但又保留到鱼肉鲜嫩多汁。配埋地中海风味既蕃茄鱼露汤汁,仲有煮得好嫩既鱿鱼仔同青口,十分惹味!个主菜仲配一块酸种面包,我地将包点一点汤汁食。牛扒叫左五成熟,厨师只系用盐同黑椒简单调味,就轻易吊出浓郁既牛肉味,而且煎到外脆内软!牛扒经过wet aged真空处理,令牛扒保留到大量肉汁。另外牛扒都会配一份薯条同松露蘑菇酱。薯条炸得好香脆。松露蘑菇酱同平时松露酱有d唔同,呢度既松露酱比较湿,令到牛扒同薯条画龙点睛,提升到风味但又唔会遮盖牛肉本身既味道,两者相辅相承。.最后黎到甜品,就系云尼拿焦糖炖蛋,表面既焦糖好香脆,而入面炖蛋好软滑,好出色。而且做到香港人对甜品既标准:唔太甜!平时食完西餐,好怕甜品系好重味或者太甜太腻,呢度既甜品一定唔会令你失望。 继续阅读
