Finally tried out Yakinikumafia and this totally lived up to its hype! 🥩 ✨ We tried out the 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂𝗷𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗮𝗻 experience, which is perfect for those who can’t decide between yakiniku or shabu shabu, because here, you can get both to satisfy your cravings! Prices start at $350 hkd per person and comes with your choice of 𝙬𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪 𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙝, 𝙘𝙖𝙗𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙚, 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨, 𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙠𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙯𝙪, 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙪𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪𝙟𝙞𝙨𝙠𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚. Meat comes separately and the price is dependent on the cuts you choose. Here, we opted for the 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 and 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝙊𝙯𝙖𝙠𝙞 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙛, priced at $480 hkd and $500 hkd respectively. 📝 Overall review:— Loved how interactive this was, you can choose between the staff cooking for you, or, you can opt to take control of your own culinary experience by cooking your own meat and veggies the way you like them!— You start off the experience with the yakiniku part then move onto the shabu shabu. We opted for their signature non-spicy wagyu bone broth which was so flavourful and full of umami goodness. Hot broth is splashed onto the grill surface along with the remaining aromatic oils from the yakiniku, making the broth even more fragrant. — Both cuts of meat were equally as delicious. The marbling on it was perfect, and the meat was incredibly tender and juicy. Not to mention, the beef flavours were strong and didn’t require any additional seasoning.— Veggies were fresh, crisp, and absorbed the flavours of the broth nicely. I also really recommend ordering a portion of ramen as it goes so well with the broth and is a great way to fill you up too! — Overall, loved the fun vibes here and food was really high quality.

上次試左灣仔嘅Wagyumafia,今次到佢嘅姐妹店上環嘅Yakinikumafia。適逢生日,好友同我慶祝,多謝🥰。地點係上環水坑口街一幢翻新嘅商廈入邊,型格嘅裝修。好似去左機場咁。入門口嘅右邊嘅凍櫃放左最重要嘅食材,和牛。俾顧客睇下啲牛有幾肥美🤤。對住cashiser 有一個登機牌,生日或者節日慶祝都可以預先同餐廳講,安排返祝福語句。需要預先網上訂位同落訂。餐牌方面,分左燒牛同Shabu Shabu。叫燒牛嘅話就冇其他嘢可以追加。Shabu Shabu 就可以再追加其他牛嘅部位或者蔬菜。想試哂燒牛或者Shabu Shabu 都可以叫哂兩款。上菜嘅時候,唔少得嘅一定係佢地集團嘅招牌手勢,Chok 住咁上菜。上菜時記得準備相機。🐄Yakiniku Signature BBQ plate combo set $500🐮有150g 嘅和牛拼盤,有三款和牛分別係Fatty (Otoro) 拖羅最肥美嘅部位,密密麻麻嘅雪花,油脂豐富。每塊肉嘅厚度恰到好處,齒頰留香。Medium (Chutoro) 中拖羅比起赤身多少少脂肪,食起上黎油脂同肉嘅比例剛剛好。Lean (Akami) 赤身肉質軟嫩,肉味比較淡。🥣牛骨湯 清清地但又好牛味,幾特別🥒青瓜🥄燒汁配左蘭王蛋同蘿白蓉🥗柚子蘿白蓉 好香柚子味🍚套餐跟左一碗白飯🥫醬汁有餐廳自家製嘅柚子醬同辣醬🧂鹽同胡椒🍺Wagyumafia Yuzu IPA $90 冇柚子味🤨🍺Asahi Draft $70整體嚟講,和牛都好高質素,不過就略嫌牛肉味唔係好夠。服務不錯,幫我地影完相,侍應有同我講生日快樂。態度親切。裝修有特色,非常適合打卡。價錢略貴。不過大致非常滿意,值得推介。

終於有機會試到呢間燒肉店啦~話說朋友打左幾次電話去book 位都無人聽,睇返open rice 先知要上網book 枱先得架😂OpenRice 是好幫手~~Combo set $500 per person(小貴)一碟有三款牛肉(fatty, medium 同 lean)共150g,和牛味幾香。🌟推薦🌟Fatty :入口即溶,勁好食😋!Medium:麻麻地,好靭Lean:唔錯,好香和牛味👍🏻跟餐仲有青瓜(太咸)、柚子配白蘿蔔蓉(唔辣,爽甜)、牛骨湯(好香牛味👍🏻)點牛肉嘅BBQ醬汁配生蛋黃。本人唔食生蛋,可以同佢講唔要生蛋黃。温泉水煮嘅飯,第一啖食落口好似陣鹼水味,食耐左就同普通珍珠飯差不多,都香軟同有𡁻口👍🏻👍🏻侍應係有少少chur,未睇完menu 就催人落單。不過整體都ok 嘅,影相果陣仲會幫手打燈。打卡位好開心🤣仲有打燈服務

食物正常外國籍的服務員都好好,搞氣氛牛肉都幾好,雖然pricey,但多款調味但一位 HK 男店面員工,帶眼鏡1)極無禮貌,黑口黑面食飯時不斷給客人壓力2)未食完野,但知道你無額外食物加,即刻放低張單,無啦啦叫你埋單,個時只係進食了約半小時,食飯好似快餐咁?而當時店裏只有另一台客而已食物再好都唔會再來500/head唔平,但poor services好食的牛肉,大把地方都有,但這樣趕客,不了。請老闆好好正視這位員工問題客人來消費 不是來看面色

Yakinikumafia 是著名和牛食府wagumafia 和牛黑手黨的副線餐廳,品牌獨家引入私人牧場的尾崎和牛,以高級、矜貴的和牛作主角,為客人提供高質素的燒肉體驗。餐廳以丹麥哥本哈根國際機場為設計概念,以紀念主理人創店初期大量出口和牛至哥本哈根以及常到訪哥本哈根的往事,同時亦象徵餐廳全新起航。作為繼東京本店後的第二家分店,餐廳的服務非常有誠意,每張桌子均設無煙燒烤爐,上菜時亦延續了wagumafia的儀式感,令用餐體驗更有氣氛。套餐的牛肉分為3類,從lean到medium 再到fatty,香味以及油脂均循序漸進地增加,醬汁的調味亦控制得很不錯。最後以日本直送的鹽味牛奶雪糕作結,確實是頓很滿足的晚餐。惟套餐中和牛的份量只有150g,男生可能需要add on才夠飽肚。
