Their signature [ Baked stuffed crab shell ] is a not-to-be-missed! Generous amount of crab meat, onion and cream sauce - so flavorful! If you are a fan of Cantonese barbecue pork, be sure to try their [ Char siu ] too! [ Fried rice with Wagyu ] was also very impressive. Besides, staff is attentive and knowledgeable about their menu.
Got some complimentary birthday buns too as the restaurant knew we were having a birthday celebration there. How sweet!

位于尖沙咀朗廷酒店的《唐阁》主打经典粤菜
已连续数年荣获「米其林三星」殊荣🌟
这次趁著家人生日,终于可以一尝究竟
唐阁占地两层,装潢典雅
等待上菜的时候,不妨欣赏一下在餐厅周围挂著的画作
是日餐厅安排了我们坐在下层
楼底不高,感觉不算阔落
虽然桌与桌之间隔得满远,但还是可以听见邻座谈话内容
订座时已预订菜式,备注了庆祝生日,餐厅还赠送迷你寿桃呢,非常贴心
每道菜之间相隔一段时间才上下一道,所以都吃了差不多三个小时
而且吃到第二、第三道菜已经饱了一半,所以外带了不少食物
菜式有水准、服务专业,是庆祝的好地方
人均一千块,吃得饱饱,还可以留第二天继续吃,所以还算划算

〔酿焗鲜蟹盖〕真的值得一试🦀
另外本来也想尝尝招牌的〔唐阁宝盒饭〕,但是日并没有提供
于是按餐厅推荐,改选了〔和牛粒炒饭〕,想不到很有惊喜呢✨

首先有是日前菜〔椒盐鲜鲍鱼〕
鲍鱼咬口十足,表面的椒盐又香口又惹味
蜜汁饯叉烧 ($360)

叉烧是半肥瘦的,口感跟味道都刚刚好
真想配上一碗白饭!
不过喜欢吃瘦叉烧的朋友可能会嫌肥肉太多~

餐厅最最最招牌的〔酿焗鲜蟹盖〕🦀
绝对是冲著这个来的!
超大的一件,金黄色、「胀卜卜」,卖相非常吸引!
放上桌作展示后,服务员会把蟹盖用毛巾包裹,方便进食
外层炸的酥脆,里面热呼呼,酿入超级多的蟹肉,跟洋葱、奶油,超滋味
真的不会令人失望呢👍
份量很大,吃了这个已经有点饱了😂

汤羹用料十足,每一口都吃到花胶丝跟瑶柱,感觉很矜贵呢
北京片皮鸭 (两食) ($1,100)

超大只的烤鸭🦆
店员会在旁把鸭皮片成一片片,还细心的把多余的肥膏去掉,心思十足
因为鸭子先是烤熟表皮,而内壳是半生的,所以鸭肉先不吃,准备二食
如果想在这个阶段吃鸭肉的话,记得要早一日跟餐厅沟通,把鸭子烤熟
鸭皮非常香脆,用饼皮包著鸭皮、青瓜、京葱,滋味满满
饼皮架在蒸气炉上,可以一直保持温度,十分贴心

余下的鸭壳二食,我们选了生菜片鸭松
鸭肉跟马蹄等配料同炒,香气浓郁
可以用生菜包裹同吃
蜂巢乳香银鳕鱼 ($480)
Golden-fried cod fish taro puffs, diced cod fish with preserved bean paste sauce
摆盘精美,而且堆成心型的青瓜也可以吃
可惜是家人不太喜欢的一道呢🙈
银鳕鱼切成一粒粒,香炸,再裹上南乳酱
尝不到鲜嫩肉质,南乳酱的浓郁也遮盖了银鳕鱼的鱼香
伴上蜂巢芋角,个人是满喜欢的~

退而求其次,点了餐厅也推荐的〔和牛粒炒饭〕,想不到很有惊喜呢✨
