Heard that their laksa is one of the best in Hong Kong.
The laksa here features a curry soup base with coconut milk which is both sweet and spicy with a hint of coconut flavor.
It is served with prawns, tofu, fishballs, eggs, etc.
The noodles are fixed as "Lai Fun" (thick rice noodles). It is smooth and chewy, but I'd prefer a bowl of laksa with egg noodles and vermicelli noodles more as they would better absorb the heavenly flavor of the soup.

数年前已经听说过《沙嗲轩》的叻沙是城内最好吃之一的
之后才发现位于尖沙咀中港城的这家店不难达到，所以也尝过了几次～
香港有很多吃叻沙的地方，这里的算不算是最好吃的我不敢说，但喜欢吃叻沙或新加坡口味的朋友，来尝尝也无妨～

装潢主调为紫色，环境优雅舒适，设室内及室外座位；食物定价算中等位置

五香腐皮猪肉卷

一道经典福建菜式，肥猪肉跟其他馅料还有五香调味一起包裹在腐皮卷内外层腐皮香脆，咬下去就吃到口感十足、味道层次也十足的猪肉馅料，蛮不错～

胡椒牛油大虾
Pepper butter king prawns
大虾可选胡椒或麦皮口味大虾先跟牛油同炸，炸至香脆；再跟黑胡椒同炒
非常惹味，口感外脆、内爽弹🍤

招牌海南鸡饭
Signature Haianese chicken rice
鸡肉嫩滑，配上姜蓉、辣椒酱、甜豉油，还有两碗鸡油饭，滋味满满🥰•
然后可以自选一款「星洲精选美食」，包括肉骨茶、串烧、鸡翼、星洲萝卜糕等等，而我们就点了叻沙，毕竟是这里最有名的～😛

Laksa
这边的叻沙标榜走新加坡口味，椰汁咖哩汤底兼具甜味、辣味，和椰香味😋面条固定为濑粉，质感爽滑，但吃起来比较狼狈🤣；个人则比较喜欢油面配米粉，感觉可以更好吸收汤底味道😆
配料有大虾、豆卜、鱼蛋、鱼片、鸡蛋

套餐还奉送每人一份星洲甜品，不过大概是不合口味，所以没有要～
