Spend a cold winter day here at < PHI Coffee & Pancake > with Moomin!
This winter, PHI collaborates with The Moomins and offers a range of dishes featuring the characters in the story.
You can find characters of The Moomins in all the seasonal dishes which are just too cute.
PHI specialises in Japanese souffle pancakes so we definitely had to try one of those airy, fluffy goodies. Did not disappoint!

临近冬日，他们更与「姆明一族」合作，让食客可以跟姆明一起迎接白色圣诞🎄
-2022年初才开业的太古分店走简约、木系风格
店内宽敞，有不少卡座，坐得舒服
临近圣诞节，店内也放上圣诞树和其他圣诞装饰，充满节日气氛🎅
餐厅还推出了季节限定「姆明系列」餐牌，看起来就像一本故事书一样

意大利饭看上去有点寡，但吃起来还是份量十足的
质感creamy，青酱味道浓郁；大虾新鲜爽弹
芝士上还有史力奇的样子呢

班戟以姆明作造型，很可爱，质感略嫌偏硬
还有太阳蛋、烟三文鱼、大啡菇、牛油果、香肠、茄汁豆等

份量十足，有足足三件厚厚的班戟
班戟充满空气感，口感松软、软绵绵，带淡淡的蛋香
另外还有草莓、白巧克力碎、姆明和小美造型曲奇饼干，打卡度十足
