Just one street across from One Island East and located near other office buildings in Taikoo Place, this shop attracts a handful of white-collars during lunch hour.
Most order a burger with a side of fries and a cola (at $10), while we ordered a { Texan burger } and a { Pulled pork sandwich }.
Instead of a regular beef patty with bacon, lettuce and tomato, the Texan burger features a dry-aged beef patty with caramelised onions, bacon and onion rings, topped with blue cheese and BBQ sauce.
And this pulled pork sandwich is too good you must not miss!
My friends tried their signature duck fat fries before and said they were soooo good. However, this time I opted for sweet potato fries as I just couldn't resist it.
Looking forward to coming here again and trying their signature fries as well as other burgers!

《The Butchers Club》为一家汉堡专门店，主打熟成牛肉汉堡。风光一时，曾在香港有数家分店，然而现在只剩下鲗鱼涌One Island East对面的这一家，还有浮游于香港不同旅游景点的一辆流动美食车。在尖沙咀海傍、香港迪士尼乐园等地点遇上它的话，不妨给他们一点支持！
-鲗鱼涌分店店面蛮大，座位为高脚桌椅，感觉蛮casual的。在这里吃著汉堡，喝喝生啤，蛮写意的
中午时分，很多打工仔都来到这里吃午餐，午餐时段点任何汉堡以$10就可以加配薯条跟汽水，算是划算

肉扒采用dry-aged beef (干式熟成牛肉)做成，juicy多汁而且味道浓郁配上焦糖洋葱、烟肉、炸洋葱圈等配料，令味道跟口感层次都提升不少👍
除了BBQ酱汁以外，还加入了蓝芝士，味道特别又不会很突兀！

搭配墨西哥辣椒酱，味道微辣惹味😋
而且份量十足，每咬一口都会掉一点出来哈哈🤣
配上车打芝士片还有炸洋葱圈，层次更加丰富
汉堡包有先煎烤过，所以外脆内软；而且厚度刚刚好～

虽然曾经有朋友介绍过这里的鸭油炸薯条，但看见蕃薯条还是忍不住点了😝蕃薯条很难不好吃，但如果可以再厚一点就更合口味啦🤪
