The dessert of the day, [ pastiera ], was a highlight of the meal. It is a traditional Italian dessert usually eaten during Easter. Not commonly found in Italian restaurants in HK! A great way to end the meal with a subtle sweetness! Come try it during the upcoming Easter holiday! 🐣

带意大利风味的focaccia，香草风味不算太浓
蘸上一点橄榄油跟黑醋，十分开胃

前菜可选餐汤或冻肉拼盘
是日餐汤为sweet corn soup 🌽，也太对口味
以玉米粒打碎而成，带有玉米鲜甜味道
每一口都吃到脆脆的玉米衣，口感满丰富

Cold cuts、芝士、橄榄，一开始就让人食指大动的配搭

主菜的部份可选意大利面或肉（鸡 / 鱼 / 牛）

熟度刚刚好，肉色粉嫩、口感柔软又充满肉汁
配上红酒汁，衬托牛肉的风味，令味道更丰富
还可以喝一口套餐赠送的红酒🍷，令味道更升华
搭配烤蔬菜，如翠玉瓜、四季豆、马铃薯、茄子等，烤得略带焦香，为菜肴增添一份独特的烟熏味道
