Another restaurant under the ATUM Group!
Conveniently located in Mira Place, < MUTA Restaurant > serves Japanese-Western cuisine (yōshoku (洋食)).
Just like other siblings under ATUM, food here is both pretty and delicious.
The restaurant is spacious and decorated in a warm, earthy tone and features elements like wood and green plants. The tatami area is certainly one of their Instagram spots!
No wonder they have attracted crowds ever since their opening in early 2022.
(On the day of my visit, there was a line before the shop even opened! (Friendly note: They take reservations though!))

《MUTA Restaurant》是ATUM集团旗下的一间人气餐厅
看著两家餐厅的名字... 有看到其中的关系吗？😝
这集团一向注重食物味道跟卖相，同时餐厅的装潢摆设也用心设计
一定不会令人失望！

MUTA主打日式洋风菜式，而且采用日式木系装潢，还有榻榻米座位呢～让人感觉置身日本🇯🇵
整家餐厅都非常适合打卡！
难怪开业至今，一直很受欢迎 ᰔᩚ
部分食客更是在餐厅开门前已排队呢！
幸好他们也接受订座，想坐在榻榻米座位的朋友也要预先预约喔！（虽然这天未有预约榻榻米，但也来打打卡😆）
-他们的烤面包套餐最适合打卡，也是面包控必点的🍞
可是淀粉质不可以吃这么多... 所以就放弃了🥺

鸡肉弹牙可口，还吃得到脆脆的软骨，口感一流
沾上蛋香味浓的蛋黄，超级满足♡，真想多吃几件😋

另一道小吃也是鸡～鸡翼煎的外皮微焦，很香，而且肉很juicy
里面酿入满满的明太子馅料，很喜欢其咸鲜香味
单吃或蘸上蛋黄酱都同样滋味 ♡

和风酱油蜂蜜烤三文鱼 ($188)
Soy sauce & honey glazed salmon
这个三文鱼超级嫩滑～调味带淡淡的蜂蜜甜味，味道清清的，不浓味
（不过不知道为什么，吃起来，舌头有点刺痛LOL）
三件三文鱼，很慷慨的份量呢 🫶
另外还有柿粒、红菜头，感觉健康🥗

烤苹果 • 蜂蜜蛋糕 • 甜番薯雪糕 ($88)
Roasted apple • Honey cake • Sweet potato ice cream
最后的甜品是三道甜点的组合～苹果圆润、红当当的，彷佛是从画作中跳出来的🍎，所以我以为是假的😂😂
其实是以低温慢煮过的鲜苹果啦～温度微暖，质感软腍，味道略嫌不够鲜甜
蜂蜜蛋糕口感松软，味道太好吃，小小的一件，实在不够！
最后还有一球放在焦糖苹果粒上的甜番薯雪糕，口感沙沙的，很特别！而且味道刚刚好，不太甜

享受一顿休闲的brunch，总少不了一杯饮料～这杯抹茶拿铁带茶香味、微微回甘，不会太甜，拉花也很精致
