Found a hidden gem of Malaysian food in Soho! It is located in Tsun Wing Lane, off the Mid-Levels escalator, near Pure Fitness.

Boss is really friendly and would sincerely introduce diners to the restaurant and their signature dishes. We could feel that she loves her restaurant, is passionate about her food and is eager to share it with all of her guests!

Delicious Bak Kut Teh and laksa are made with no sugar and no MSG. Portion was generous. Much enjoyed!

Boss also told us that she would love to incorporate ART in her restaurant, to create a community off of her restaurant, and more! That's why she would welcome artists to display their work here FREE OF CHARGE; and people can also rent the space for events. What a nice movement.

最近发现了这间十分出色的马来西亚菜隐世小店《Brick by Brick》
老板非常友善、用心制作美味的菜式
老板强力推荐的喇沙、肉骨茶的确很有水准
没有加味精、砂糖,但味道仍非常浓郁,证明真材实料! -
沿著中环半山扶手电梯上至荷里活道,在些利街走上一点,看见Pure Fitness,转入俊荣里即可看见这家店,十分隐世

南蛮炸鸡 Nanban chicken ($108) 本来想点一款海鲜〔卜卜大蚬配蒜蓉包〕,但喇沙里已经有大蚬了,于是老板推荐我们点这款也很受欢迎的小吃
南蛮味道甜甜酸酸,肉质嫩滑、juicy
配上辣酱,而不是一般配的塔塔酱,辣劲、刺激十足
跟啤酒太搭了🍻

我们则选了珍宝大蚬拼海虾
汤底每天新鲜熬制,质感浓稠,闻起来已经非常香
椰奶味不重,是味道香浓、微辣的那种,惹味万分
不加味精、砂糖,把汤底喝下也不会口渴 面底预设为掺掺,即油面拌米粉,正好很合口味
大蚬的确是珍宝大小,每只都肉质饱满,鲜味浓浓 另外还有半只漂亮的糖心蛋!!!

猪肉为猪软骨,骨胶原满满,口口都是超入味、软绵的猪肉
另外肉骨茶内还有豆卜、金菇、生菜等,每一样都吸满汤的精华
豆卜有特别筛选过,回弹力强,也很吸汁 另外老板也建议可把猪软骨蘸上蒜泥酱,又是特别的享受呢!
