They offer a variety of burgers, including classic cheeseburgers made with homemade patties, homemade potato milk buns and even homemade sauces! Besides, there is also a selection of soft drinks and craft beer to pair with their burgers and sides.

[ The Gold Standard ] burger was SO GOOD! So flavorsome... ✨ It features two 4oz beef patties, two slices of cheese, bacon, pickles, onions, lettuce and house sauce. For non-beef eaters, there's the [ Impossible Burger ] which was also very juicy.
Definitely pair your burgers with a side of fries or wings too!

湾仔人气汉堡餐厅《Honbo》早前终于在九龙落脚啦
九龙分店选址尖沙咀海港城，靠窗的座位可以欣赏海景，好享受！
店面满有空间感，但座位数量不多，繁忙时段应该也需要排队喔
-Honbo坚持使用最优质的食材来制作汉堡
汉堡面包、汉堡肉扒，以至酱汁，都是用上餐厅独门秘方每日新鲜自家制作，致力为食客带来最高质素的味道！❤️

牛肉汉堡可选以2安士或4安士汉堡扒作配搭
最邪恶的当然是用上四层2安士汉堡扒的〔Honbo 2.0〕～
但我们尝的〔The Gold Standard〕是这里唯一一款配上烟肉的款式！
不想吃牛，也有〔照烧鸡扒汉堡〕跟〔Impossible 素肉汉堡〕可供选择
此外，他们也提供不少小吃、饮料，如多款口味的薯条、鸡翼、梳打、啤酒等，让食客可以搭配汉堡一起吃

汉堡热腾腾的上桌，两块四安士汉堡扒，配上烟肉、两块芝士，牛肉香味浓郁，味道超级香😍
配上酸瓜、洋葱、生菜、自家制酱汁等，口感层次更上一层楼，超级满足！
汉堡面包是每日新鲜制作的〔Potato milk bun 薯仔牛奶面包🍞〕，包身松软、充满牛油香，吃完整个都不腻
•Impossible Burger ($118)
非牛肉汉堡只有impossible跟teriyaki chicken两款
Impossible Burger用上植物肉，但跟一般汉堡扒一样口感丰富，也有肉汁呢～
•Chili fries ($78)
Buffalo wings ($78)
薯条跟汉堡是最佳拍挡啊～
这里有数款口味的薯条，包括原味、芝士味、蕃薯条，跟这款邪恶的〔芝士辣肉酱薯条〕
香脆的幼身薯条热呼呼，表面铺上份量十足的芝士辣肉酱，相当惹味～
〔Buffalo wings〕则是另一款惹味之选～

最后就到饮品的部份～
本来想说吃汉堡，一定配上一杯奶昔
可惜餐牌上面写明「No milkshake, grow up, drink a beer」🥺
好吧，那点一杯draft beer吧🍺
另外的姜味lemonade也十分清新凉爽呢～
