As their name suggests, they specialise in pork dishes. 🐷 Be sure to try their [ pork knuckle finger ] if one entire portion of crispy pork knuckle is too big for your party. Crispy and bite-sized make it a great snack to pair with a beer. 🍻

又到访东区的苏豪区了～这里临近海边，气氛休闲，随便找一间餐厅都可以坐个半天呢
这次到访的是《The Blind Pig》，在街头一转个弯就可以看见
-餐厅店面宽敞，设有室内跟室外位置
这里车流人流不算多，再加上临海，所以坐在外面吹著海风都应该蛮舒服的
墙上挂著数部大电视，各播著精选球赛
在特别赛季来到这里边看现场直播、边碰杯、边用餐，气氛想必十分高涨🍻

在酒吧必点的菜式之一～
外皮香脆，肉汁丰富，配上微辣的酱汁，惹味万分
如果酱汁再多一点就完美啦😍
蓝芝士酱跟西芹条当然不能少～

招牌猪手脆条
来到这里，当然要吃招牌的猪肉菜式～
很多人推荐他们的猪手，但我们懒得切，一份份量也会太大
所以非常喜欢他们有〔猪手脆条〕这道小吃选择
一口大小，最适合一边看球赛一边吃～
外皮香脆、肉的肉味香浓
比起原件猪手，这道脆条的口感会较干
但沾上甜酸酱，同样滋味
如果再配上酸菜跟芥末就更满足！

白酒煮荷兰蓝青口
青口件件饱满，味道鲜甜、肉质弹牙可口
旁边的薯条同样好吃
•Seafood paella ($228)
西班牙海鲜饭
配料丰富，铺满整锅饭
有虾、大蚬、青口、鱿鱼、鱼柳、辣肉肠、烟鸡肉
每一口都吃到配料，鲜味浓浓！
不过青口来说，单点的白酒煮青口真的有比较好吃😆
