『各种特色咖啡//有heart小店』@𝙳𝚎𝚊𝚛 𝙽𝚎𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚋𝚘𝚛, 𝚂𝚊𝚒 𝚆𝚊𝚗⠀⠀⠀那天跟 @bellywongs 一起来西环寻找隐藏于大街小巷的Cafe。第一站来到了这家要走一段斜坡才能到达的小店。⠀入座后，店主亲切地介绍了各种食物，还特地详细讲解了不同种类的咖啡给我们，完全感受到他对这份工作的热诚。⠀由于这只是我们的第一站，所以只点了一个主食和一个甜点（还有一杯只有我喝的特色咖啡）。⠀⠀Visited this cafe high up on the hill in Sai Wan. 提拉米苏咖啡⠀
𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 $55⠀
做了功课才来访的，老板介绍咖啡种类后，我就直接问这款了。这杯咖啡是用Irish Coffee作为基底，也有可可粉撒在表面，真的有几分像真的提拉米苏。咖啡味道不算很浓，酒精味也不算明显，对我来说是好事，加上可可的味道，又有点像Mocha。不过可能我喝不惯，觉得有点太甜，还是普通无糖热咖啡比较适合我。⠀
They use Irish Coffee as the base, and add choco powder on top, taste a bit like mocha, quite special and unique. But for me, a bit too sweet coz I don't get used to drinking sweet coffee. ⠀

露荀蘑菇菠菜意粉⠀
𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 - 𝗔𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝘂𝘀, 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵 $70⠀
意粉硬度刚刚好，不会煮过头，做到 Al Dante 的口感，值得一赞。味道方便还算丰富，酱汁颇creamy，应该是菠菜忌廉，加上露荀爽脆的口感，整体不会觉得腻。⠀
The texture of spaghetti is just right, al dante, not too soft nor too hard. The sauce is cramy spinach sauce, with crunchy asparagus and also mushroom together, it's creamy and fresh at the same time. ⠀

豆腐竹炭慕斯蛋糕⠀
𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 $60⠀
其实本人对于慕斯蛋糕没什么兴趣，但因为同行美人难得吃这个味道的蛋糕，就点来试试看！上桌的时侯，蛋糕已经非常有动感，上下左右不断摇晃震动，非常可爱。不过豆腐的味道不算浓郁，如果更加浓厚会更棒！不过质地很细滑，是我喜欢的质地。⠀
Personally I'm not into any mousse cake. But this one is quite good, out of my expectations. The mousse is smooth, but the taste of tofu can be stronger to make it more flavourable.⠀
