『望住大馆叹意大利菜//靓景配手拉烟靭PIZZA』@𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒐, 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒍⠀⠀Finally here in Babacio, a pizza place in my bucket list! ⠀一直想来呢间餐厅，终于有机会啦！一边食住Napoleon Pizza，一边望住大馆，好chill呀😚⠀⠀Their welcoming drink is a Citrus mocktail, very refreshing and yum! ⠀顺带一提呢度既mocktail都唔错🤤 我今次饮呢杯酸中带甜，满满citrus味😋 好开胃💯⠀⠀𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙯𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚⠀The starter is a deep fried pizza cone with cheese, tomatos and basil! 呢个前菜系一个pizza筒，炸左之后非常烟靭，又唔会好油腻，唔错👍🏻 里面有芝士同番茄，算系好普遍既pizza口味。⠀

𝙋𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖 - 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖⠀
It's the chewist pizza I havr ever had 😍 They told me it's traditional Napoleon style pizza, it's hand tossed so the dough remains thin but still chewy! 💯🍕 Love the lemon juice together with the cheese, what a great combination. 👍🏻⠀

Pizza就试左呢个Futura，唔同一般Pizza，佢呢个base唔系用番茄酱，而系用芝士铺面，上面有少许柠檬汁同开心果碎，增加口感同埋比较开胃。不过始终因为基本上都系芝士，所以会比较漏呀。而pizza上面有4片火腿，略嫌太薄同唔够味，存在感唔高。Pizza Dough真系非常出色❤️ 可能因为手拉既关系，所以做到薄得黎又烟靭既效果💯⠀

It's Gnocchi time! I have always wanted to try😉 But I think the texture of Gnocchi is just not my cup of tea. But really love the porcini and asiago cheese inside 😍⠀

今次系我人生第三次食Gnocchi，只可以话个人唔太喜欢Gnocchi既口感。上网search左原来正宗既Gnocchi唔系烟靭 但我一直以为应该系烟靭既 但配上菇菇🍄同芝士🧀，味道的确唔错👍🏻 如果多少少汁或者芝士，会更加好，无咁dry❤️⠀

𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙖, 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 & 𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖⠀
Time for dessert! It's a deep fried dough with Strawberries inside! Coated with sugar and some nutella, it's surprisingly not too sweet 💕 And this is chewy too! Even dessert is chewy🙌🏻⠀
甜品部分，感觉质地有少少似香港既沙翁，都系将面团炸完之后裹上一层砂糖。但唔同之处系佢里面有草莓蓉🍓 再配上少少Nutella 其实好好食😋⠀

Will be back next time to try out their pizzas of other flavours😋 really love the vibe! And maybe gonna come at nught next time, maybe a different atmosphere! ⠀
下次会再黎试试佢地其他口味既pizza，因为真系好好食好烟靭😋 加埋个景色认真好chill😍⠀
