番香港前一早 bookmark 定呢间打卡千层挞,每次经过都被长长嘅人龙吓亲,今次终于的起心肝去排队。预计12点出炉,11:30到达已经卖紧蛋挞,唔洗10分钟已经到手👍🏼 响门口打完卡🤳 即刻揾个地方坐低开餐,一打开个盒牛油劲香,近挞面𠮶层酥皮劲脆,咬落去索索声,但个底就好油好湿,焦糖味同蛋味都比太古 Baker by Lubuds 𠮶间浓,挞面更焦香👍 过多阵整多个冻食,原来仲 ok 播,个挞底冇咁湿,干啲硬啲加埋焦糖,真系几正😋 不过 HKD$18一个价钱唔平,但呢啲酥皮嘢,间唔中食吓都 ok 啦!There’s always a line but when I dropped by @hashtagbhk at 11:30 on a weekday, the line moved fast and it only took me 10 mins to get the egg tarts. The outer puff pastry is perfectly crispy and buttery but not too flaky. The egg custard is smooth and not too sweet. It has a layer of caramel on the bottom and it goes really well with both the pastry and the egg custard. Definitely worth trying.
