Finally finally finally I tried this restaurant where I always see my friends posting large sheets of udon on instagram, which made me have a strong crave to try! I came here at 6:30 on Friday night and I was the 3rd 2-ppl table to wait, and a few minutes later there were already a few groups behind me. 冷汁天妇罗沾白布乌冬
On their menu, udons are served in soup or dip version; in hot and cold. I had ordered their signature dip udon in hot soup. The udon sheets are thick, silky and with a chewy texture ! It is perfect for me, besides it is quite difficult to handle with chop sticks!
在餐牌内乌冬可以选择沾面形式还是汤形式，又有热和冻的选择. 我自己选举了热沾白布乌冬. 白布乌冬十分厚身, 十分之滑和弹牙. 对于我来说是十分好食, 但要用筷子夹起上身有很大的难度.

Even tho the title said tempura is served with cold sauce (I bet is the normal tempura sauce), however the staff said the tempura should be dipped with the same soup served with udon. The tempura is small in portion, wish it could add a few pieces of veggie.
虽然说是冷汁天妇罗, 但却没有平日天妇罗的冷汁, 问了职员后他们说是沾同样的乌冬汤底. 天妇罗的份量较少, 希望可以加多一点点蔬菜会较好.
