喺上环以前磅太太嘅位,开左间好低调嘅法国bistro Bouillon,铺仔细细但系已经非常之受欢迎,法国生蚝非常新鲜,轻海水味重带有淡淡嘅金属味同鲜甜,grilled bone marrow 配面包食非常邪恶,相反pate en croute 同 escargot 就失色啲。油封鸭都算正常发挥,全晚最好食嘅系佢个甜品,香脆嘅 profiteroles 加上绵滑嘅云呢拿雪糕,正!佢嘅Wine Menu都有好多选择,绝对系丰俭由人。Bouillon was a newly opened French bistro in Sheung Wan (the previous location of Mrs. Pound). The Parisian grilled bone marrow was perfectly fatty and flavourful. The pate en route and escargot were so-so though. The highlight of the night would definitely be the profiteroles with vanilla ice cream - every bite was so balanced! Their wine menu was also very well curated - with a lot of great choices of French wine!
