先来三款头盘,分别是九层塔辣椒膏炒蚬,蜂巢芋泥烟鸭盒和金钱蟹肉香菇盒。味道满分!蚬肉新鲜而不被九层塔辣椒膏的重味遮盖。两款炸点毫不油腻,香脆可口。

酒香浓厚配搭鲜蒸的花蟹,肉质鲜嫩,层次分明。陈村粉吸收鸡油和蟹的鲜味,加上花雕的香味,令人垂涎三尺!必点之选,不往此行!
It is freshly steamed flowery crab with a lump of delicious, velvety meat. You definitely cannot resist the intoxicating Shaoxing winey aroma.
话梅肉糖醋排骨略嫌太过烟韧,又失水准。可惜。

最后送上生磨杏仁茶和杞子雪糕作结。热滚滚的杏仁茶配上冰冰浓郁的牛奶味的杞子雪糕。从没想过,杞子跟牛奶雪糕可以如此匹配,为这顿饭画上完美的句号。
