🐟Seared Salmon Donburi 火炙三文鱼丼🎏—————Grabbed a quick lunch with a colleague and tried their seared salmon Donburi. Both quality and portion size was decent, there were 5-6 pieces of salmon, not the super fatty kind (which is good actually, otherwise would’ve been stuffed!). Flavour was quite plain and had to rely on the wasabi and soy sauce as the seasoning tho. Was expecting a little more for HKD 98, but then again it’s lunch hour in Central, can’t ask for too much🤷🏻♀️昨天跟同事随便找地方吃，选这家主要原因是没有人龙。三文鱼

昨天跟同事随便找地方吃，选这家主要原因是没有人龙。三文鱼饭质素尚可，有5-6片，不是超肥美的那种（幸好，不然会太腻)，味道也偏淡，要靠芥末和酱油调味。以质素来说HKD98的定价个人觉得偏贵，不过中环午饭时间情况一般都是这样🤣
