The crystal ice salad leaves were juicy, with a unique crisp to it. The Argentinian red prawns were fresh and plump, which went well with the savoury sesame dressing

呢个一上台已经闻到浓烈嘅龙虾味🥹 酱汁质感厚杰，入口先有浓郁嘅龙虾膏香气🦞 之后就系一丝丝蟹肉嘅鲜味同咸香🦀️ 配多士食可以同时感受香脆嘅口感同精华丰腴嘅酱汁，层次感十足😋
Lobster paste was flavourful, with strips of fresh crab meat that made it an umami explosion. The saltiness was offset by the crunchy toast.

意大利常见嘅家庭料理，呢到就跟足晒传统食谱🇮🇹 酱汁唔会加入忌廉，材料以鸡蛋同芝士为主，所以每条意粉都挂著浓杰，香滑浓郁个蛋黄汁🥚 佢地亦会先将西班牙火腿同蒜先爆香，咸香味十足，盐都无落架🥳
They used the traditional recipe, which uses fresh yolk instead of cream. The pasta was al dente and could hold on to the sauce really well.
