I also ordered fish maw, cordyceps flower & chicken feet soup.
The soup here is boil in a traditional way, will double-lids the flavor of food can be all locked in the soup because water will not be evaporating away.
车仔面店一般都是以快餐形式经营的，但这间车仔面座位很舒适，凉凉的冷气温度调节刚好，放著柔和的纯音乐，再加上阔落梳化，一整个享受阿~
这样的格局，收费竟然与一般车仔面店无异，令人感到很惊喜呢。

牛骨汤底较猪骨汤底浓郁，猪骨汤底比较腻一些，所以我俩皆投牛骨汤一票。
车仔面最灵活弹性的是酱汁可随意添加，而且自由配搭。
腩汁是整个车仔面的精髓所在，所以我每次吃车仔面都会加腩汁，汤底整个升华。
喜欢辣的话再加一点点麻辣汁也可以，写在点餐纸上店员会按著来点的。
这里的菠菜面很有特色，面条较粗、有口感，而且混入了菠菜蓉到面条中。

白菜饺菜肉比例适中，味道不错；
陈皮鱼蛋挺特别不像街外弹牙那款，这款较为结实；
日本无公害糖心蛋晶莹剔透，蛋味香浓，非常推荐！
皇牌猪腩仔也很好吃，猪肉卤得松化，夹杂著油脂的香，也是值得一试的。

点还纸上的选项很细致，如走葱/多汁/𩠌要不要分开上/饮品走甜少甜等，各类顾客需要都能照顾到，看得出设点餐纸时的用心。
餐厅还供应原盅炖汤，我点的是虫草花花胶百合炖鸡骨汤$128
材料很足，有两片厚厚的花胶、几只鸡脚、百合、猪肉、准山、蜜枣等
色泽深沉但清澈，蜜枣令汤既甜又滋润，虫草花带点爽爽的口感很好吃。
炖盅有两个盖子，烹煮时水份不会流失，锁住水份令所有食材营养全都保存在汤内。汤的份量挺多，足够两个人享用呢。
