平时食咕噜肉多，但估唔到同无花果都好夹。酱汁偏重口味同偏酸，但好多新鲜无花果令大虾更鲜更甜😍
Sweet & Sour Prawn w/pineapple & fig ($188)
One of the best in HK, perfect balance between sweet sticky sauce and the tartness from the pineapple. The prawn was perfectly fried retaining the crispness whilst smothered with sauce.

带子同大鲜份量好多，粉丝偏干身，不过有蟹膏平衡返个口感。砂煲可以keep到粉丝好热，香气更足，最底仲会有少少焦好脆口。
