Anyway, this shop has 2 outlets, one is in Hung Hom and one in Sai Wan, which is quite famous within this area. We were about to meet up with some Overseas Bloggers, and I was hoping to show them some Lo Sui food from Sai Wan, which is very famous for it along this little known local area. Unfortunately:
- The 卤味 was not very fragrant at all, and it carried very little 卤水味. It was just salty and sweet at same time, very monotomous. No one really liked it in the end...
- The Tofu suffered the same fate, and it was super hard!
- At $80 for a quarter of a Goose and some tofu pieces, can we please expect slightly better and sophisticated quality of a Lo Sui?
Positive thing:
- Goose had real goose taste and the texture was pretty soft, but it was spoiled by the marination...
