平时返学经沙田都唔知原来开左间台式餐厅，趁有日早放学就决定去试试佢😌 佢嘅位置都好方面，就喺新城市广场隔离嘅伟华中心，而且门面非常显眼👍🏼 佢地走半自助形式，出面落单再攞牌揾位等餐到🍱 唯一挑剔嘅就系啲即弃餐具，好唔环保🥺 This Taiwanese restaurant is located in Wai Wah Centre, right next to the mtr. All sorts of sides were laid out on top of a layer of rice, such as cucumbers, fried egg, vermicelli and their signature marinated pork. The chicken was thick and very tender.

Taiwanese Traditional Grill Pork Soup Noodles
烤猪肉虽然有啲薄，但口感依然软嫩，猪肉香味特出🥩 汤面用左幼细嘅面条配清甜嘅汤底，如果觉得唔够味可以喺出面嘅自助调味站到加料😎
The grilled pork was a bit thin, but still juicy. Thinly sliced noodles in a clear broth was just what I needed on this cold day. There’s also a flavouring station outside where you can help yourself to more seasonings.

香葱油加喺鲜甜嘅生菜后更加特出佢嘅保留香葱本身的甘甜与浓郁香气🥬
The oil on top was packed with the aroma of scallions, which helped to elevate the flavours of normal boiled veggies.
茉香苹果茶

呢到嘅饮料都系自家制🥤酸甜嘅苹果味加上醇香嘅茉莉茶入口甘甜而不苦涩🍎
This is their homemade drink, sweetness from the apple with the rich tea flavours created a perfect balance.
热金橘柠檬茶
Hot Mandarin Lemon Tea
成熟了的金桔带著甘甜嘅味道，再配搭微酸嘅柠檬解腻一流🍋
You could the sweetness and sourness from the mandarin and lemon, which was very appetising.
