尽管过去 3 年发生了种种危机，但香港还是涌现出许多新餐馆。 好久没来这家越南餐厅了。许多越南餐馆将他们的招牌牛肉汤和生牛肉面放在一起。 我必须说，很高兴回到清澈的肉汤中，减少一些可能添加的所有花哨的东西，使它变得更丰富，最终向你收取更多的费用及失去原本越南色彩的味道。There have been so many new restaurants popping up in Hong Kong despite of all the crisis over the past 3 years. There have been so many new restaurants popping up in Hong Kong despite of all the crisis over the past 3 years. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited this Vietnamese restaurant.
Many Vietnamese restaurants make their signature beef broth go the raw beef noodles. I must say that it was nice to return having a broth that’s clear and less all the fancy stuff some may add in to make it a lot more rich and end up charge you more for what it is.
