生羊肉切成粒配沙律菜,羊肉鲜嫩,有咬口,配合沙律菜,又真系几夹、几特别,亦好食😋
North Atlantic Cod
个鱼入口即溶,与鱼子混合好鲜味,而个汁好滑,连唔好鱼嘅我都忍唔住食多少少😅
上呢碟大厨都来问意见,呢个都应该系🉐️意之作😂
Crispy Swedish Omega-3 Pork Belly
猪肉最底果层有D「鞋」,其余都好入味、亦好弹牙,至于个汁应该系炒嫩蛋,不过睇唔出亦食唔出😅

Toasted Sesame ice cream 😋
冻甜品,系主厨特登喺我地前面放左两汤羹嘅调味酱入去雪糕,芝麻雪糕+烧棉花糖,非常特别,而且好香浓😍
