🦞 Smoked Salmon, Lobster Salad Egg Benedict 🍳
This is one of the best lobster salads 🥗 I have ever tried! 😙 The lobster is heavy in taste and the smoked salmon 🐟 goes well with it! I would recommend breaking the egg 🥚 first and letting the yolk soak in! 😜

It is on the sweeter side in terms of taste 😋 and the strawberry flavour is heavier than I thought! 🥺
