After a fun yet exhausting day in Disneyland, my friend and I decided to have dinner nearby Tung Chung. We searched through OpenRice and picked Cabana Breeze. The restaurant is located in TBay next to Sheraton hotel. We took shuttle in Tung Chung MTR station. There are outdoor seating in the restaurant but this time we choose the indoor one. We ordered Salmon Tartar, Pappardelle and Cozze Alla. My favorite dish is the Pappardelle. It's a pasta with porcini and Forrest mushroom mixed with truffle
We ordered Salmon Tartar, Pappardelle and Cozze Alla. My favorite dish is the Pappardelle. It's a pasta with porcini and Forrest mushroom mixed with truffle cream sauce. Salmon Tartar is fresh and appetizing too. Cozze Alla are mussels with spicy tomatoes sauce. The savoury mussels tasted nice with the spicy sauce.
Overall the service and taste of the restaurant are above average. The price is a little bit expensive but acceptable.
去完迪士尼之后成身都散晒，所以决定同朋友就近系东涌食啲野，随意search左呢间环境睇上去唔错嘅Cabana Breeze。餐厅位于Sheraton 酒店内嘅T Bay, 可以系东涌站搭Shuttle前往。餐厅有唔少户外位置，夜晚凉凉地坐系户外吹下风都几chill.
✨Salmon Tartar ($128)
将三文鱼蓉混合洋葱、辣根等配料作调味，上面加左sour cream, 食个combination 食落几fresh.
✨Pappardelle($168)
味道非常唔错嘅一道Pasta, 意粉方面用左阔条面，炒得较为硬身有咬口，酱汁以牛肝菌同黑松露酱制成，香味十足。
✨Cozze Alla($188)
味道辛辣嘅蕃茄汤同青口嘅配搭既惹味又鲜甜，份量都几多。
整体而言餐厅嘅环境同菜式嘅味道都唔错，价钱就略贵，都可以一试。
