Circle ($148)这杯鸡尾酒不算太浓烈，由顶部至底部，含有Ketel One Vodka、Hibiscus & Green Peppercorn Cordial，以及Fresh Peach Puree，分别是三种不同的层次，所以上枱的时候可以看到3种非常鲜艳的颜色，饮用的时候可以先搅拌，入口酸酸甜甜，是非常容易入口的鸡尾酒。

餐牌中较后的酒，是比较浓烈的，这个是其中一款，包含Talisker 10 year、Pu Erh Tea、Cynar，以及Bonito Bitter ，还会附上一颗朱古力。以中国茶的茶杯奉上，与内里的普洱茶互相呼应。客人可先吃一口朱古力，再品尝一口鸡尾酒，中和了酒的浓烈味道，而又不会太甜，习惯了后就算不吃朱古力，亦不会觉得酒会难以入口。
